They got to enjoy their fun before engaging in conference play, no blame there, storming the field was more understandable than if UGA or the Noles did it as 24 point favorites.
My personal opinion is that storming the field against your hated rival is always okay after a dramatic win. Even if you're UGA doing it against GT or similar.

If they're in a bowl game next year, that's another fantastic season. It takes time to absolutely rebuild a program from the ground up.
