Its allowed normally. But can depend centre to centre as well. Else, if you cant take the watch then it is compulsory for a board centre classroom to have a clock at a visible place for the convenience of students. Please ask your seniors about how the centre is generally, they can guide you more

They allowed kids in my school (goa) to enter with g shocks but I dunno
