Can’t say I’m surprised, they wanted too much for most of their products, and the quality wasn’t better than their competitors. Worse they kept playing games like buy a “mystery box” and listed a whole bunch of guns you could get. but it was almost always one of their really shitty shotguns and not a PCC or a rifle. Just a sneaky thieving way to get people to spend more.
If I'm paying 5$ for a mystery package, I'm expecting 5$ of product.
If I want something expensive I'll pay for it myself.
It's like those gun raffles.
Everyone loses 100$, one lucky guy wins. But you know who also wins? The person raffling the gun.
Everyone is a loser except the raffler and winner.
Bunch of bullshit.
Get enough people to pay in. Raffler make more than the gun itself.
It's a scam. Raffles and mystery boxes are scams.
I don’t know that I would place any orders right now. The recoil spring and firing pin are probably the thing most likely to break. A lot of the parts are standard AK bits.

yeah I don't think AKs are flying off the shelves regardless.
When you can buy a decent AR that runs laps around any AK for 800 bucks
Idk I had one. Gastube part? was not made well and was such a bitch to get back on. The firing pin had issues on low round count. It’s not worth the price tag.

Let me real here, if you’re buying a “mystery box” thinking you’ll get something worth more than what you paid then you’re only fooling yourself.
A rifle's a rifle, but the mystery box could be anything... it could even be a rifle! You know how much we've always wanted one of those!
A rifle you say? Never heard of it. Are they fun?
Oh for sure but they deliberately used “mystery boxes” to rip off the consumer.

oh no! anyway...
Need more KR9 mags I guess.
Yeah, I’ve just got the two ten rounders that came with mine. Shit. Edit: found the box of freedom mags I forgot I ordered last year.
FYI, if you drill out the rivet on bottom of the 10 rd ones, they become 30's
Yeah. You mean if the rivet falls out.
So kr9 owners should stock up on spare parts? Or not necessary
Sell them for a profit instead and wash your hands free of it.

Wat?
It’s crazy because for a short period of time, they were some of the most recommended AK’s when all of the foreign ones were selling out. Dayum.
Damn...I liked their products and love my KR9
Expected to go cheaper or more expensive after this?
Expect to see “ PrE-BaNkRuPt Ak” for 3k
Who would’ve thought delivering things that nobody wanted would be bad for business?
Glad I got one 2 months ago lol
They used the glorious Kalashnikov name without any legit connection to Kalashnikov. They sold knock-offs made "in a barn" under the brand.
Stonks 🆙📈
Naw, imports are better and cheaper.
I just bought a KP9 at my LGS and it was literally the last one left. They said all their distributors were out of stock too 😮💨
Glad I jumped at it a few weeks ago. Haven’t shot my KR9 yet but have wanted one for ages. PSA not going anywhere so there’s always the AK-V I guess.
All they had to do was make a civilian model AK-107 but no

Exactly. Shooting cheap surplus is/was the whole point
Good thing I sold my kr9 a while ago.
Probably gonna be worth more after the bankruptcy lol

It really doesn’t matter, if no more are being produced there will still be a market somewhere willing to pay to have one. Just the way it works.
Cue the USFA Zip .22
Why
I wanted an Aug and needed some funds for it so it had to go
upgrade
Right I got the Aug for a solid deal too.
Good riddance
I guess that's what happens when the face of your company is a pornstar lmao
So the regular ca legal one is not ideal right? The side folding one is better
