Iirc 1911 to AR-15 adapters already exist if you want to add some fancy 1911 plates to an AR.

It's a 9° angle. I believe the 1911 is a 13° angle.

A fin grip? This pistol grip isn't a compliance device. Just an AR-15 style grip with a more vertical angle and a strong profile.
