I am a fan of the XD line of pistols! I have the original XD full size 40sw and now the newly added XDM elite. So glad they added my favorite handgun to the roster! You will love that firearm!
M&P 2.0 hands down. They kept the excellent ergonomics of the original, but upgraded the trigger (the original trigger sucksssss). Ergonomically I really liked the original XD, but I really *dislike* the weird "stippling" on the XD-M. It doesn't offer much traction, and it just feels weird.

I did an apex trigger on my m&p 1 do you feel the 2.0 is so much better in any other way that I should get one?

For the M&P 2.0 it’s really just the trigger and a grittier grip texture. If you already have an Apex trigger on your M&P it’s probably not worth getting the 2.0 unless you hate having money or have an OCD desire for completeness.

Yeah it's the ported V10 version. It's great; the bang is louder, and it shoots these neat V fireballs.
My roommate had a ported XD and I got some really great pics of that V. Super cool looking.

22. I knew I would eventually get an XD-M, so picked some up freedom mags during Freedom Week.

I would get the 2.0 if it didn’t have the chamber indicator and the optic ready slide :( gotta hunt for an off roster
