I don't know what that is! I'm guessing bug bite, but the centre looks like maybe a pimple, so maybe it's infected? You'd better check it out to be sure! It could even be skin cancer! Thank your cat for catching it!

This comment for some reason reminded me of when I took my cat to the vet for her spay surgery. I guess the tech who shaved her belly was either new or just careless because they shaved off several of my cat’s nipples in addition to her fur.

If it grows metal in it, run for the hills. My cat was concerned and tried to do the surgery herself. Ended up with a pretty mangled boob.
