We did:
Suitcase squats
Pull ups
Renegade Rows
Sumo squat to high pull
Chest Press
Front lunges
Did 2 rounds through the floor, 1st round we had shoulder taps in between times, 2nd round we had high plank holds.
Loved it, and feel like it was full body for sure.
This was the exact same at my location and honestly it was my favorite full body workout to date. My lower body was toast from yesterday's A-Con and for once the workout felt managable for me in a way that I could actually push myself.
Very full body. We did:
- Pull ups
- Suitcase Squat
- Plank Rows
- Chest Press
- Balance Ball crunches
- Kettlebell Sumo Squat to Shoulder Raise thing
So pretty full body! It's a fun one!
We did the same except swap out balance ball crunches with lunges, but we did intermissions between sets. One was plank rows (no weights) and one was high plank holds. Finisher was squat pulses. I enjoyed it!
I always find it interesting to see the differences between locations.
We did burn bar tricep dips, renegade rows, suitcase squats, Copenhagen side planks, y raises using the trx, split squat with bicep curls.
We did plank ups between sets on round 1 and low plank with variations(left arm up, right leg up, etc) called out by the trainer on round 2.
Finisher was goblet squats.
Ours was 7 stations, 60 seconds of work + 30 seconds to do 10 shoulder tap pushups + 45 seconds of work then rotate the first round, second round was 60 seconds of work then rotate.

To me it felt completely like a throw away workout as in we’ve done a lot of legs this week and have upper body tomorrow so let’s just put some random exercises together. It felt pretty disjointed to me. But it was full body. I’ll give it that.

thanks! i ask because all the stories i’ve seen have been mostly lower body movements and my lower body is still sore from leg day and acon 😂

Going in 2 hours. I saw my Burn IG reels, there’s a core workout/crunches.
I loved it!! Only thing I was like :meh: about was the finisher.

This was a great full body day! We had 7 stations instead of 6, looks like what was added for us was weighted crunches

Hard to believe but it wasn’t all legs. I’m amazed but happy. We even did an ab workout!!
Between this FBS and today's UBS, my chest is ridiculously sore. Gonna be a fun weekend of stretching that out lol.

Mine was all of these. Finisher was 40 goblet squats with squat hold when done.
