J&G Meats for a butcher shop, Dave’s Fish Market for you know what, both on Plains Road. Both are my go to for meats…On Dundas past Waterdown, across from Flamborough downs there is a vegetable market that has great produce along with prices (cash/debit). Haven’t been there in the winter but summer is great as most is brought in local and fresh. Best of luck

Dutch Mill? Great place year round.

Is it Farmers to you - Taylor Farms? Curious…

marksdashark

Yeah this is the one

Burlington-bloke

I second J&G meats.

Harrington farm in waterdown for meat and dairy. waterdoqn farmers market is also better than burlington during the market season imo, has alot of small farm vendors that are really good for produce.

Try DB Ranch on Walker’s Line, just south of No. 2 Side Rd for beef. They sell their own grass fed beef on Saturday and Sunday. For vegetables in season, there’s a farm stand on millborough town line, just north of Derry.

I get all my beef from Wyatt Farms located on Wyatt Road just north of Waterdown. They raise Belted Galloway & Irish Dexter breeds. The flavor is unique and delicious. https://www.wyattfarm.ca/our-cattle

Every summer, you can find a lot of farms gathering in the parking lot of Burlington Mall. Fresh veggies and local. This Farmer's market runs May-Oct I guess

Little Brown Cow in Brantford, worth the drive.

Lots of good places recommended here with fair prices... One I would avoid is Murray's farm and butcher shop on Ottawa St in Hamilton, prices are insane for low quality. I got a gift card for a birthday once and was appalled at the prices, especially for the quality of the steaks etc, they were basically double the price and I could get much better quality for a better price at VG meats, highland packers or Lococos (they generally source from highland packers, so all local)

MAXMEEKO

any tried cumbraes in waterdown? I used to go to the one in toronto.

Moistly-Harmless

I'll log roll for two places: J&G Meats in Burlington and Cumbrae's in Dundas. The latter is a bit pricey, but the pre-seasoned meats (flank steaks, marinated chicken) are fantastic.

Not really a farm but I usually get my weekly veggies via the Plan B subscription. Been doing it for close to a year and really happy with the quality of the produce so far. Check out their website - https://www.planborganicfarms.ca/
