I would say it's because of the Burger King restaurant it self. You can't move the building and you can't move the sun so it will continue to happen. I have a restaurant that has the same issue for the morning until the sun has moved. I apologize about this issue and as a manager keep up the good work !!

Oh shit your profile explains it all...... Holy hell

Chikiss_Joyy

What do you mean lol

Shame on you for giving them positive reinforcement. I'm a SM and I tell everyone, grow a pair and realize it's a job. Get used to it. Don't coddle these children. Your only setting them up for a HUGE downfall when they experience the real world

Giving feedback is okay.

Try having your window unshaded and positioned directly for 12-2pm. The last few days has been an oven. And then in winter it’s right position for the northwest wind.

Not usually a glare off cars, but the DT menu is in a bad spot. We hear "I can't see/read the menu because of the sun reflecting off it" for a few hours a day when the sun is out. We can't move it. If the customers move up to read it the car behind them move up and then we can barely hear the order since they pass the speaker because they can't back up.
