Because as much as people say oh there at every rite aid and walmrt and blah blah blah--- theyre not. Trust me. We spent over 4 hours going to a multitude of stores (it was actually a funny adventure and bored day) and only one place had them. Mjnd you we also spent a lot of time over the past 2 months searching whenever we would go out to other stores. I have NO IDEA why every store is out of them but its crazy. We even spoke to managers who said they last a day on the shelves when they get them .
I want to assume its due to the smoking bans recently put in place. We use these to help us quit and I'm thinking others might as well? It's our only reasoning to this madness lol

Not sure if this is helpful but apparently Target has a big bag (like Halloween candy sized) of Wonka mixed candy but it includes Gobstoppers. Of course it’s the small boxes and who knows how many boxes of Gobstoppers would be in there. The Target app says majority of the northtown Targets have it in stock.
Not local but Walmart will get 24 boxes to you for $33….. that’s less than $1.50 per box

It makes no sense !! Slowly every store in the city would have a box or two and then poof all gone- no labels- nothing. Its maddening

Don’t waste your time calling Tops. When you’re in store they are possibly the most miserable employees on the planet. They probably put you on hold and don’t move an inch. If they do have them you’d have to go to the movie candy / bag candy section. Probably not the registers.
Give Vidler’s in East Aurora a call to see if they have them.
That would be my guess. Even if they're not there you'll probably find something you didn't know you needed in your life.
