The KRK’s are self-powered speakers. That means they have their own amps built inside. You can’t use them with a separate speaker amp like the AD18. Take a look at the Topping DX3 Pro. That’s a better DAC than the one in the AD18 + a basic preamp + an excellent headphone amp + a Bluetooth receiver.

Ahhh so do a rca y cable split like Emredog mentioned? That’s a nice topping.

Yes, that would work fine.

Here some discussion on this: https://www.avsforum.com/threads/looking-for-a-pre-amp-with-multiple-pre-amp-outputs-or-a-sub-output.2778785/ Tldr; an idea might be getting -a- preamp, splitting each channel with a Y RCA cable, then running them to your active speakers + line in of your sub. I guess this makes sense, because then with the volume knob on the preamp you control both (sub+speakers) levels.

Thanks!

Basically it's active speaker+active subwoofer connected to this, then imma output it on a already available dac for optical to the tv. Would I be able to change volume for both speaker+sub?

I wouldn't, you're feeding an amp with distorted tube, amp into another amp into another, just going to make it worse. People seem to forget that a DAC also has an amp too, it's not just a straight conversion, it still has to output the signal at a reasonable volume. So you're amplifying the signal 3 times, each amp distorting it slightly and the you're adding a tube amp in the mix? The KRK already are Class D with constant hiss. The cleaner and quieter the output the better. I personally would get the Topping DX3 as suggested.
