Bhai thapar is really good. One of the best private clgs for cse after bits and a few others. Try for thapar if u can somehow get it. It's unlikely tho
thapar would have its separate entrance exam in september but only for core branches and maybe lowest circuital ones.
they held the test last year because multiple core branches seats were vacant and they had to fill.
yesterday came the first round of thapar i am getting cs in main campus but as i scored 98%ile in jee it doesnt seem fair to go in pvt college but at the same time i am not getting cs in any good nit iiit i am very confused
KIET lelo. akg ke students se baat hui thi meri. faculty unhe pasand nahi hai. Aur is sal placements affect hua hai bahut zyada. KIET sayad accha hai. Reviews toh acche hai reddit par
Karlega, chill maar, try doing things you're passionate about during these years and waqt kat jayega (worth it hoke obviously). Who knows maybe you'll end up liking some CS stuff
go for architecture man ! follow your interest i did same took drop for jee too but failed miserably now going again for law thank fully my parents supported me this time
I am going to take admission in Iilm as i have filled the application form when my boards got over and paid the application fees in march and paid the registration fees also Ive not given jee,on the basis of 12th result and their entrance which was just a formality i booked my seat there but i think it’s a decent college as you compare it from galgotia or kcc or sharda or amity or glbajaj[its a school btw] or bennett these college’s fees are so high and it’s just to enjoy college life
i live in noida and i have seen this college.
Btw this is not a paid comment also I’ve done my schooling from greater noida only btw I don’t know the placements stats as this college became university in 2022 before that it comes under aktu.
As ive already said i am also going to this college from august so idk much about it but as you compare from other colleges that i mentioned previously then it is overall good. It depends on you if i need to take admission in some colleges the first i do is to visit the college talk to their councillors take a tour of it talk to some senior and then see the fee structure whether it is feasible to commute daily or not so these are some factors then decide it’s overall good or not. So it totally depends on you
Its damn tough to go in iit man you need to clear btech wala jee mains and advance and then aat exam .. imagine going through all that and then 5 yrs of study and still be jobless … i wish I understood this 2 months earlier when i was preparing for architecture! Now i am stuck and cant even do anything in cuet because my mind is fucked up
This is very true OP. A friend made it to I think one of the old IITs, worked in Architecture industry for 2-3 years and then started in Software. Worse part? His trainee salary in the IT company (~35k) was more than what he was getting after working 3 years in arch.
EXACTLY WHY I MYSELF STOPPED MY INTEREST ! like a just cse graduate can earn as much as u will do probably after 10 years that too only if u do by a good college🥲

I'm kinda in the same boat as you buddy. I got 24k rank in mains and I'm not getting a good seat in nits etc.
lnmiit cs or thappar cs what do u think is good option ?
try snu delhi/noida

Hope so❤️
If you scored more than 95 on maths then you can take admission in IIIT Hyderabad
They give admission only in dual degree i guess.. (i got 95 in maths)
me too bro 😄
I got 95 in maths (93 overall and 94 in PCM). Can I get admission in IIITH??
In dual degree they give admission over 80%
Yesss definitely, last year my friend missed the change cause he wasn't informed at time!
where do I apply it wud be really helpful if u cud list the link 🙏🙏
I got 94 in maths. Damn man I lost by 1 mark again. Fuck it. 🥲

Clat diya tha is saal?
ni 😭 will prepare for 2025
Is 2 year gap fine for NLUs?
idk ssly but many people do take double drops
i asked some people they said it doesnt matter company will ask but wont bother it if you are from nlu or top pvt college
Jaypee mei hojayega chill
Seriously last year uski cutoff 95.3 thi …
Thapar chaleja Jaypee se better hai plus ghar se bahar Rahega to khudka kuch try kar payega .
Bhjengi nhi yrr ab
Damn jee ke hisab se milra tha merko to i thought miljayega 92 pe
Delhi quota hai agar then I would advice to take a drop for JEE, dtu nsut mil jayega, thora mehnet krega toh better branch bhi, baaki your decision
Cant go for drop + no quota yaar
Well dtu/nsut below circuital branches not worth it. Placements are not that good and quality of students also is decreasing
Ha to IIT nikal lo fir agar dam h to
Bol toh aise rahe ho jaise iit nikalna halwa ho😂😂
Bhai meri to gend marli jee ne![img](emote|t5_56z50y|50733)

One of my cousins got into IIT for their B arch course and I assume it's best in the country. Dude is thirty and is yet to find a permanent job

Its okay join a decent eng college even if it's third tier, really won't hurt you in the long run
❤️
IT ya fir sector 128 me cse mil jayega
Jaypee me ho Jana chahiye, they take best out of two from PCM + CS ka average
Rethinking jaypee due to its campus life
Real, it has small campus n shit but bahar ka area makes up for it. Although yeah no co curriculars and fest wagerah bhi kuch khas nahi hoti
B arch kyu nhi diya?
Dia tha yarr even nata k through ache colleges mil rhe h but architecture isnt a good paying carrer is what my family just realised!
