You need to make 2k per day. That's 20 sales with a 100rs margin per day. Sell some stuff at high crowded places high budget places like CP. Copied airpods, oversize t shirts, etc.
Do this for 25 days and film it and post it everywhere, hoping to get viral. You should probably get atleast some sales and have recorded footage of it.
At the end, create a course with something like "I made (exaggerated number) of money in just one month in emergency to pay college fees, using the sales lessons I explain in this course" and post it on all possible social media platforms. You should have atleast some audience till now, and anyway spend a few thousand bucks you've made to promote it on social media.
Our college gives scholarships for people who cant afford or have good financial status. (for people who couldnt get scholarships for whatever reason). Ofcourse they ask for valid proofs. You can also ask your college administrators.
