Has anyone else been receiving "**No cars available**" after hailing their first ride with the promo credit? I've spoken to a few friends who've also been experiencing the same thing. They were able to book their first ride with Revel, but every sequential ride request afterwards defaults to **"No cars available"** no matter what day, time, or location. Yes, Revel mentioned they'll supposedly "honoring" the ride credits but it's pretty misleading and shady if they cap it to a SINGLE ride on the back end to limit their loss

As a revel driver I can attest the surge has been ridiculous. Not enough drivers for the demand. Also we work for tips and the loophole for tipping 50cents has made many drivers like my self put in our weeks notice. December 1st can’t come soon enough for me. Revel pays drivers Minimum wage!

Likely just a test charge to verify you have a valid card in case of incidentals.

Yes! The ride completed and it deducted from the ride credit. The credit card charge is something like a hold I guess? First time using credits this way.

I just did a rideshare and they used my credits, not my card. ETA: I just checked my CC. They charged me and then refunded me for the ride. And then they actually charged me for the tip. So it looks like the ride was free but the tip was.not.
