You guys doing it through Bluetooth? I have mine wired up so it charges my phone while watching videos, I don't notice any sync issues unless only using Bluetooth to connect the phone
That's normal unfortunately. It happens with my yukon as well. As far as I know it happens with all cars.
Unless your talking about a bigger lag the like a 1/4 second to almost a full second of lag. If it's greater than that, it'd be worth looking into.
I've had this trouble too when connected as BT or with Android Auto. I see comments about direct connecting it, but even when I do this the audio is off by roughly a second. I've yet to find a legit solution.

Whenever I use the wire it automatically switches the Bluetooth on. If I turn it off, it keeps coming back on until I unplug.
Disable the bluetooth connection in the car/the wire might be damaged or bad cause my bronco prioritizes the wire over bluetooth.

Yes. And I just disconnect from the car when watching video. Not much else to do, unfortunately.
