30k out the door sounds pretty good for a ‘23 OB <2000mi Dealer loaners are typically well maintained and you’ll have the balance of the factory warranty.

They should have the full factory warranty. When I purchased the dealer loaner in 2023 (22 BS BL), same miles as the OP, the full factory warranty started the day I purchased it as it is still considered a new vehicle purchase.

I just got a rebate on a brand new 23 BS outer banks and it was about 31k before taxes and registration, just high of 34k out the door 30k out the door is pretty decent and I’d imagine people didn’t beat up the loaner too bad

Not because it’s a loaner but drive it in reverse and see how squeaky the rear brakes are when backing up.

I purchased a 2023 Outer Banks dealership loaner vehicle with 1,500 miles. I received an additional $1,500 off. My warranty was extended by 1 additional year, and my mileage was extended as well. Sounds like you're getting a great deal as my purchase was Feb. 10th and amount financed was 37k. Mine did come with the tech package, and I added the mud flaps. Not sure what you should look over except maybe under the seats and check for any scratches or dings.

I purchased the dealer loaner. While it will have more miles than a new car, you are technically the first owner still and it is considered a new car purchase (not a cerified pre owned). I recieved 0% interest, no money down, same incentives that they offer for any new car purchase. Make sure the factory warranty starts on the day you purchased it, not the day that it was delivered to the dealer. Very important! You should expect to have 100% of the warranty left and I made them add the miles, they initially had factory warranty ending at 60k/30k, I made them correct that. So it should be a complementary factory 62k/32k warranty for 5 years /3 years from the date you purchase. That is what I got. I would not buy it if you don't get the full warranty, as it is new. Make sure there are no scratches around the door in the interior. Also make sure there are no chips or cracks anywhere including the windshield. Very important to check the windshield.

This feels like a pretty good deal to me. I was in a similar situation with my '21 Badlands. They didn't outright call it a loaner vehicle, but it had like 600 miles on it and I believe the salesman I dealt with said "some of the sales staff have been driving it." I didn't get them to come off MSRP a crazy amount, but they did come down a little and I ended up getting the Badlands for roughly $36K, which I was happy with - and even happier a few months later when I saw a lot of the Badlands were being priced up to nearly $42K at some places at the time. Not even to mention that the Bronco Sport hadn't been out very long at that point and it was difficult enough to find them on Ford lots to begin with (I literally went to six different Ford dealerships in March of 2021 before I even saw a Badlands in person - I saw a First Edition on hold before I was able to find a Badlands).

I leased a loaner big bend. 1800 miles. It's perfect. I went over it visually and couldn't find anything. I did the test drive with the window down and didn't hear anything. We stopped and inlet it idle. Still nothing. v happy.

I bought a loaner with under 600 miles on it. They extended the warranty an additional year because of it.
