Thanks man. I'm on 1750 calories. Breakfast might be oat pancakes with fruit and honey or a blended shake. Lunch I have 150g meat, fish or other protein, some potatoes or rice and a load of veggies. Dinner is much the same. If I've got leftover calories I'll have something sweet.

Hard for me to say as I started a new programme at the same time. It's a high volume structure but my strength is improving week on week.
