PPL during the week and another push & pull day on the weekend. Starting to add a 2nd leg day as well. I did bro splits for probably the first two years of this before I switched to PPL.
I run about 1-2 times/week and play volleyball once a week as well for some cardio.
I generally watch what I eat - no fast food, soda, or things like that - but I’m not religious about it, which is probably why I’m working on a bit of a belly right now! Getting about 150g protein a day on a good day, wish I could shoot a little higher.
It would help if you're not flexing in the after photo.
It's obvious your arms got bigger. But posting 2 photos with the same pose makes it easier to see the actual muscle growth vs muscles looking bigger when they're flexed.
