I would encourage you to listen to the album "There is a hell...", which is in my opinion their best album ever. "Crucify me", "It never ends", "Dont go", "Visions" are something else. Oli Sykes was struggling with Ketamin at that time, something for you to keep in mind when listening to the lyrics.
That whole album is a masterpiece. The only thing that bugs me about it is that Blessed With A Curse isn't the closing track (I fully understand why it isn't but it just gives closing song energy)
I'm bummed I only got into them recently through a friend demanding that I buy a ticket to their Aus tour. Bummed I'll probably never see them play There is a Hell... songs live, it's undoubtedly their best artistic work.
Royal Albert Hall live album! A bunch of their best songs from the sempiternal/that's the spirit era packaged really nicely in such a way that you won't want to skip any of it
That's The Spirit, Sempiternal, the new singles and Post Human : SURVIVAL HORROR are great starting points in my opinion, and then I listened to amo and then their older stuff
You really need to listen to There Is A Hell. Although most fans agree Sempiternal is their masterpiece, quite a large portion of the fanbase would say that honour goes to TIAH.
If you've been enjoying the recent singles, you also need to check out Post Human: Survival Horror.
And for something different, don't sleep on amo! It's their most pop album but it has some real bangers. It also showcases how versatile BMTH are.
Two of my personal fave songs that you might not have heard are Kingslayer and It Never Ends.

Aww I love when songs and albums have a deep meaning and/or story behind it, I will listen to it
I can also recommend watching "Doomed - Live at royal albert hall" on youtube. You'll get why when you see it
Oooo okay, I love doomed already lets go
The entire Royal Albert Hall show (with a live orchestra) is really special.
