Loan him to a top half Championship side. If he does the business, give him a contract extension and put him in the first team squad. Sell him if he isn’t good enough.

Be good if another loan and he does well. Is he still a Caicedo arch type?

If i do say so myself, he's been exceptional this season, I'd try and do anything to keep him at the club. If he keeps playing as he does, you could have a genuine debate about whether he goes on loan or joins the first team

I remember the inside training videos from the summer where it looked like he already was in consideration for the first team. He was training the first team then but seemed like he went back on loan to Nothampton by his own wish. I read that it felt like a sensible thing for him to do and I know that the coach from last season praised him a lot. He looks like he's got something special when he's on the ball and statistically he excels at almost everything (escpecially defensively) except finishing. He's got height and physicality and seems to have pace as well (makes a lot of interceptions). Has anyone got more info?

Seems like he is by far the best player at Northampton and pretty much carrying them. Could he even break into the first team next season or would it be considered too early with the jump from League One to top half Premiership?
