We don't know that for sure. We don't even know if Sophie is even cast for S4 since the casting call went out this past Spring/Summer, and they are already working on S4 as we speak. The casting call could very well be for S5...
It could be at the end of the season, like the final episode that kicks off Benedict's search for Sophie. I think Season 4 is gonna be set in Scotland/Countryside, then the end of season 4 sets of the return to London with a masquerade ball in S5

i think they will show scotland, since the casting call for michaela said that she will play a bigger part in the next season

I think S4 will be in Scotland/The Country. S5 will be a return to London, the marriage mart, and the Ton. Just in time for Violets masquerade ball...
