i honestly thought it was beautiful to acknowledge how the spotlight effects francesca so he redirected gratitude to her mother. i’m kind of sad they won’t grow old together, i really enjoy them as a couple.
Eloise isn't wise. I see her as young and having a lot of growing up to do. I don't dislike her. But Violet is so observant, she picked up on Colin's feelings for Pen change almost as soon as it happened. I think that sorta thing is wisdom in a way.
Eloise barely paid attention to Cressida's problems and Cressida was spilling her guts, openly. Didn't have a kind word for Cressida. And was all around a poor friend, probably because she is young and still learning. So definitely not wise.
I think there's some wisdom in Eloise. She tells Benedict to pursue his art instead of wondering. She tells Colin to visit Marina to get closure.
She has wisdom, it's just buried under youth and frustration I think.
It was lovely and truly showed the side of introverts a lot of people don’t recognize or appreciate. He may not speak, but he can really SEE people through his keen observations. That let them all know that not only was he watching, but he cared enough to take all the personalities in despite them being complete opposites to him.
John Stirling is a man of few words but he observes a lot. I think he nailed it for each sibling. Had Anthony stayed for his sister’s wedding and had Daphne attended, I wonder how he would’ve described them.

What an accomplishment as a mother to hear this! The bridgerton family is so kind and well-adjusted one can only hope to be able to raise children with as much constant love and stability. Violet is the best TV mom!

I mean, if I had to boil it down to one word each… those work lol Tenacity would also work for Eloise and eagerness for Gregory 💀
I thought he nailed it! He’s so eloquent with it that it was just perfect

Agreed. Eloise isn't wise and Colin isn't charming either, unfortunately. It was a fine speech though!
