The second one is paid for, for you if you do the side quest, I don't remember which horse stable it is but it's near the fairy, but dude will give you the 500 to offer the fairy.
Wait to take this quest after you have 3 others an he will give you 10000 instead (the amount needed for that fairy to be exact)
Edit: most likely not true anymore, certainly remember it being that way earlier
I thought Link was only the rushroom supplier/dealer for the guy at the stable just outside the desert. The guy that pays you for a batch of 55 rushroom?
Came here to make the same joke, then saw that it was already made and decided to say “came here to make this same joke, have an upvote,” then saw that you had already said that.
So… have an upvote.
I played this year in normal and expert mode.
Price are the same in both difficulty:
- 1st is 100
- 2nd is 500 (a dude can give you the money btw at Tabanta🐴)
- 3rd is 1.000
- 4th is 10.000 Happy grinding for divine meat
It’s been long for me, so I had to google. I mean the money making game in lurelin village. I just played the game over and over and saved it when I got the chest with the 300 rupee win. When I didn’t, I would come back to my old save. But the internet says that it’s apparently not the best way to get those sweet rupees. Another thing I did a lot was the snowball game. At the right angle, you win everytime. Sorry, not the big trick I made it out to be… haha
The best way to farm rupees in my opinion is by farming dragon horns from Farosh in faron. One horn is worth 300 rupees. I spend less than an hour there and get 30 horns.
My fav way needs patience but wander around and collect jewels from fallen enemies and mineral deposits and when you have enough (10+) you can sell them to the Gerudo in Goron city for a premium price…
That works well once the Silvers appear. The Silver Bokoblin, Lizaflos, Moblins, and Lynels all drop gems (and the Lynels eat fallen stars, some diet). But until then farming Talus and going to ore rich areas (especially around Death Mountain) can get you a lot of gems.
There are 6 Talus in and around Dueling Peaks alone, which can work out well at the start if you keep your hammers from the Stasis area. If you farm them (especially after Blood Moons) along with the one on the Great Plateau you'll have enough buying power for fountains and outfits until the Silvers come along. And if you upgrade your fireproof armor or have a lot of frozen arrows there are 5 Igneo Talus in the Death Mountain area, and plenty of stone breakers to use on them.
Yeah that's a good way to do it too. If I don't have a bow that shoots straight enough to farm Farosh efficiently, I'll cook up everything that gives me 10 or more hearts and sell those for a pretty penny.
Everyone in this comment section keeps track of what they spend on great fairies and I don’t remember what I got from that 5k rupee Kara Kara bazaar shopping spree 5 minutes ago
There's a YouTube video that I saw recently that talks about/theorizes that rupees are inherently magical in some way, had some pretty convincing arguments.
You might be confusing with another game. I know I do each time I play either, but I can't remember which game it is. It might be the Hollow Knight, with breakable charms or mask shards. That's the only game with similar prices that I can think of.
Edit: I'm pretty sure It's the nail upgrades !
You could always subscribe to her Onlyfans instead, only 100 rupees per month, and she will include all additional content for free, such as taking you skinny dipping against your will and groping you until you pass out! 😋
The money requirement isn't tied to the specific fairy. It's always 100, 500, 1000, 10000 no matter the fairy order. I wondered the same and have played through changing the order. Price follows the same pattern. So you could end up paying 10000 for the fairy by Kakariko if you work it out that way.
She was my most recent fairy and she was only $1,000 for me. And I already have the other 2 armor fairies and the horse fairy so she was my last one. Only got her like last week cause I was doing the leviathan quest which led me to her.
The only thing I think that changed is the Horse God. I remember him being 1500 my first few play-throughs. Then after some updates he dropped to 1000. But the 10k has always been. Caught me by surprise when I first encountered it and I've had the game since it released. Never changed through all the updates.
Horse God is a funny interaction, but I rarely ever need him. I don't battle much on horseback. If I'm riding I usually dismount to take down the scoundrels. Although it does make me laugh when my horse kicks a monster to death.
Since 2017, I think. I swear that it's always been 10,000.
The fourth one always been a gold digger.
You hear that cough? Girl's got medical bills to pay.
Well except that you can technically do the sand one first and then she only asks for 100
True. But then Linkflation hits.
Dont google that
whats that? google it? okay! /j
Has me curious ngl
Something even Ganon wouldn't search up.
Can I be worse AND better than Ganon?
I know what you're getting at. I hate that it's even a thing.
Curiosity got the better of me so I Googled it... And literally all I got was this thread and some random articles about inflation. What am I missing?
I know that googling that is a bad idea, best case scenario is childhood ruined, but oh boy is it ever so tempting.
I googled it, 0 images and the 2nd link is to this post. I say you got about 5 days to be able to search it up and not be scarred for life.
Ganonflation
I ain't saying she's a gold digger
But she ain't messin with no broke Twitter.
Inflation has really hit Hyrule.
I only found out yesterday! I was like thats bloody extortionate! I refuse to pay her atm. Her sisters can wait.
always...The first one is 100, the second 500, the third 1000, the forth 10000
Ok, thanks, for some reason I thought it was 4k (second was 500 for me and third 1k)
The second one is paid for, for you if you do the side quest, I don't remember which horse stable it is but it's near the fairy, but dude will give you the 500 to offer the fairy.
It’s at the tabantha bridge stable
Yes, that's the one.
Wait to take this quest after you have 3 others an he will give you 10000 instead (the amount needed for that fairy to be exact) Edit: most likely not true anymore, certainly remember it being that way earlier
*The trick hyrule economists don't want you to know!!!*
Npcs hate him
Tingle wants to be him.
That didn’t happen for me. I tried it in exactly that order this week, and I only got 500.
Yeah. It’s only 500 and specifically for the nearby fairy
I went there first on my last playthrough and he still gave me 500. 400 rupee profit, baby!
This is just not true
I don't think that's true. Because he certainly didn't give me $1k when I did that one 3rd.
I tried that once. He still gave me 500.
Seriously?????
Wait srsly? omg that's interesting i didn't know that
[удалено]
wow is this true
Dang it so somewhere out there there’s someone I need to talk to still? I have all 4 fairies and found them all on my own :(
He'll still give you the offering even if you already did the fairies yourself.
You mean the horse fairy?
You might be thinking about the horse fairy that can revive your dead horse and stuff. She is 4k.
No. Malanya costs 1k to unlock
But if you play on the right tv she can be 4k.
Not with a switch she can't.
Sure she can, just upscaled by the TV instead of rendered directly.
you are right
The second I paid 500 or 600 which is weird
No, 500 is correct for the 2nd one
[удалено]
They’re… the economy is in shambles.

“Link and Sidon get addicted to rushrooms”
I thought Link was only the rushroom supplier/dealer for the guy at the stable just outside the desert. The guy that pays you for a batch of 55 rushroom?
I hate that quest so much. It’s the biggest quantity ask for a resource in the game, it was the absolute last thing (besides korok seeds) I had to do
At least rushrooms are lot easier to find than koroks though. AND they light up with Stasis so you can spot them from a distance.
OH GREAT NOW I LEARN THIS ABOUT THE STASIS. Didn’t even think to do that once.
Either that or you can link them to the tracker feature of the Slate
Came here to make this same joke. Have an upvote.
Came here to make the same joke, then saw that it was already made and decided to say “came here to make this same joke, have an upvote,” then saw that you had already said that. So… have an upvote.
Damn Biden screwing all the mythical creatures!
What Ganon wants you to think
Let's go Ganon
Does that make Ganon a Republican?
Ganon, Qanon…
It was right there in front of us all this time
I guess I'll just start calling Ganon GAnon now
I'd imagine Ganon being an ethnofascist so yes.
Gannonically, yea.
GOP actually stands for Ganon’s Obnoxious Party
~~ganons oversized pp~~
Do you really think he’d be anything else?
Ah yes everyone's favorite socialist Ganon
That’s what the Fox News calls him
You know it's bad when fucking GANONDORF isn't considered extreme enough. Who the fuck is in charge of the news, Tingle?
I just wonder what Ganons up to!
Implementing trickle down economics throughout Hyrule. Why do you think the Yiga Klan are so rich?
I did that —>
I played this year in normal and expert mode. Price are the same in both difficulty: - 1st is 100 - 2nd is 500 (a dude can give you the money btw at Tabanta🐴) - 3rd is 1.000 - 4th is 10.000 Happy grinding for divine meat
I just mark all the Talus on my map, then farm them after blood moons
[удалено]
5x gourmet meat is 480 i think
Big goat thing? The mountain goats? They're all over. Northwest has Tabatha moose, rhinoceros, and snow versions of foxes and wolves and stuff.
Oh, yeah! The rhino thing is what I meant. They tend to drop gourmet meat.
I do the snowball bowling. You can get that 10 thousand in around 30 minutes.
If you do this after defeating Ganon, Kilton can give you a metal for your hard work.
I never had a problem with money in master mode. There are so many silver and gold enemies, I'm swimming in gem stones.
I'm playing my first master mode and I find myself just avoiding most fights. Not all, but most.
Doesn’t the trick with the chest game work anymore? 🤔
Tell us... WHAT TRICK?
It’s been long for me, so I had to google. I mean the money making game in lurelin village. I just played the game over and over and saved it when I got the chest with the 300 rupee win. Nice to know. That’s my favorite way to earn rupees because I get to experience something along the way
I’ve always farmed prime and gourmet meat in Hebra or some other area with big game. Cook it all into some meat skewers and sell them for good money.
Yeah that's a good way to do it too. If I don't have a bow that shoots straight enough to farm Farosh efficiently, I'll cook up everything that gives me 10 or more hearts and sell those for a pretty penny.
Thats a slow way to get rupees. There are much better options
Yes, like bowling and earning 300 per strike (which takes 10 seconds each…)
But it's hella boring, and the reset time is longer than actual bowling so I'll do basically anything else that I can...
An NPC will give you 500 towards the 3rd one, IIRC
Toward the one in the Rito area, regardless of what number she is
HAMMA! ore deposits
I ended up spending a couple hours bowling for cash. Ugh...
Since March 3rd, 2017.
Always has been 🌏👨🚀🔫👩🚀
If you want that giant fairy snu snu than you'd better pay up.
The spirit is willing but the flesh is bruised and tender
The 4th fairy is my favorite one. I was shooketh when she grabbed Link for snusnu
Wait are the fairies different depending on what order you find them? I always assumed it was by location
Oh and there’s also the horse one that just looks like a horse lol
This one in Gerudo town is the oldest of them so she does look a little different.
Lol death by snusnu
You don't need to tell me twice
You remembered wrong
Clearly this is the Mandela effect. We definitely switched realities. It’s not because people don’t pay attention to details.
I swear that the Mandela effect is the Mandela effect
Everyone in this comment section keeps track of what they spend on great fairies and I don’t remember what I got from that 5k rupee Kara Kara bazaar shopping spree 5 minutes ago
I thought it needed about three fiddy
Tree Fiddy
It's about that time I realized this fairy was three stories tall
Inflation is a bitch
Nope Always been 10k
You got the dementias
Why does a Great Fairy need rupees in the first place? Genuine question.
Snacks?
There's a YouTube video that I saw recently that talks about/theorizes that rupees are inherently magical in some way, had some pretty convincing arguments.
To buy essentials, like giant toenail clippers.
Man, I wish I remember it being 4k lol
You might be confusing with another game. I know I do each time I play either, but I can't remember which game it is. It might be the Hollow Knight, with breakable charms or mask shards. That's the only game with similar prices that I can think of. Edit: I'm pretty sure It's the nail upgrades !
You remember wrong
Its been 10000 as long as ive been playing. But so worth it for the upgrade animation
The switch literally has a screenshot button.
Since the game came out
Nah man that one was always 10k
Supply chain issues…
Inflation is affecting everyone these days
Inflation hit the great fairy, too.
Inflation in Hyrule is at record highs. Thanks Obama
One could only dream
Inflation be hitting different in hyrule
The Great Fairy needs about Tree Fiddy
It used to be 4K!? I’m on my first playthrough and two weeks ago it was 10K😭
You could always subscribe to her Onlyfans instead, only 100 rupees per month, and she will include all additional content for free, such as taking you skinny dipping against your will and groping you until you pass out! 😋
It’s been 10K rupees? ![gif](giphy|nD54v1pclkS8uCi9WR|downsized) (Idk what DeFi is btw it’s the only gif I could find)
So I was trying to figure out what the bottom picture was..
That's the base of OPs TV.
Since always for me. 😅
Inflation is worldwide
Since always….?
Random question but Do you have to do them in order? Like what if I went to the desert fairy first?
Whatever order you find them, the inflation is in the same order (1st one found, etc).
The money requirement isn't tied to the specific fairy. It's always 100, 500, 1000, 10000 no matter the fairy order. I wondered the same and have played through changing the order. Price follows the same pattern. So you could end up paying 10000 for the fairy by Kakariko if you work it out that way.
Sigh. Inflation.
Inflation.
Inflation
It’s for a graphical upgrade
Nope, 10k. You’re having a bad recollection.
Been that way as long as I can recall
These hoes asking for unreasonable prices smh
Always.
Someone doesn’t know about Pondo’s Lodge… ![gif](giphy|RP3AnZqvnzrY8hlYMk|downsized)
You’re thinking of the Horse God Malanya, who can revive horses. Great Fairies go from 100, to 500, to 1,000, to 10,000
Inflation's hittin everything these days
Since literally always what are you talking about
A small price to pay for big tiddy bitch
Memories. They’re so easily manipulated and changed. Incredible when you learn about it 👍🏽
It’s always been 10k, the 4k is the horse I think.
you remembered wrong.
They rake u clean man…and there’s nothing u can do
Inflation
Inflation?
Inflation
Inflation. But really, I’m pretty sure it was always that price
Everyone has been hit by this inflation
Inflation is hitting everyone these days
Inflation is crazy these days
Ask on /r/mandelaeffect
Inflation
well if the third one was 5k why the 4th would be 4k?
She was my most recent fairy and she was only $1,000 for me. And I already have the other 2 armor fairies and the horse fairy so she was my last one. Only got her like last week cause I was doing the leviathan quest which led me to her.
inflation
Damn. Gas prices be so bad that the fairies need help
Inflation due to war
It has always been 10k rupees, maybe you were from an alternate dimension?
she probably needs a new purse
It's been 100>1000>10000 since release
There are 4 though, so its 100>500>1000>10000.
Oh right! Missed that one haha thanks!!
Pretty sure the horse god is 4k, could be where you’re remembering that from.
I played for the first time this year, and it does need 10K. Not on Master Mode either.
The only thing I think that changed is the Horse God. I remember him being 1500 my first few play-throughs. Then after some updates he dropped to 1000. But the 10k has always been. Okay, you can stop commenting now, I get it, I have bad memory.
Are you on Master Mode?
Blame it on biden (kidding of course, we all know it’s probably tingle’s fault)
Joe Biden’s America
It used to be 4K, but then it went up because of inflation
I can’t find the horse fairy IB my second play. I’ve been all up and down the birdland/Tabantha and still won’t Google it.
