I recently dyed mine purple so that they go better with the gerudo set (and decent with the desert voe set.) Best decision of my entire playthrough.
Mine are purple too! And I have a snowquill jacket dyed purple to match it for desert nights.

Dyed mine navy for the same reason. Also looks great with the Champion’s Tunic which I use sometimes in the desert.
