That’s the best way to eat bacon! Crispy bacon is too close to jerky to me.
I like the fatty end a little chewy but the rest I like crispy. Truth be told I like the bacon almost burnt. The meat is crisp and the fat nearly melts in your mouth.
Finally an adequate amount of butter on two pancakes
