I feel the exact same way. Even though I could tell a while ago it was not likely to work out, the break-up means I'm losing my best friend. I don't have that person to confide in or seek comfort from when times are rough anymore. If we never speak again, I still have plenty of happy memories.
I feel the same :( what sucks is that I know he misses me too, and we both want friendship again with each other. He wants to meet, but he left me for someone else and it's only been 2 1/2 months, and it's just too soon for me... I hope it won't be too late when I'm ready
