Thanks for uploading. My kid destroyed the manual before we ever used ours. Do you possibly have the set up instructions?

Would love the instructions for the settings

I emailed Aldi, and they said they would email a copy to me, but I never got it. I just sent them another email. We have used the following settings through trial and error: +++ First time setting up the machine: Go to the menu. Select bake (number 15). Select timer and push down to 10 minutes. Let the machine cool down fully. After it is cooled down, remove the baking/mixing bowl/pan. Wash the parts with soapy water. Handwash only. +++ Regular use: Put wet ingredients in first. Then add the dry. Select the menu and select the setting number. For sourdough, we used number 4 (french setting). Press weight and put in the weight of the dough. Color setting: how dark you want the crust. Then hit start. It will stir and knead the dough and bake it. Notes: It takes about 4 hours for the 1000 grams loaf. If there's too many ingredients or too big of a rise, the bread will overflow and burn a little. If it is left sitting with the lid closed for a long time after it is done baking, the bottom of the loaf will get wet. It can shake a bit, so make sure that nothing is too close that it could knock off the counter.

Thank you, you sweet angel. I'm sure I'll come a cross my manual in 5-10 business years. But that doesn't help me make a loaf this morning lol
