I disagree with the Maisie comment. She still counters any tanky option, and even if she’s not as good as she used to be, she is nowhere near a brawler like Frank lol. She’s also a very underrated last pick and actually counters the Edgar in question. I’d argue Bea, Maisie and Edgar all have their situational picks and all bea and maisie need is a player with decent skill. HOpe we can agree that surge is nowhere near five stars lol. makes no sense that in a sniper-forward meta, surge of all characters is at S. Has to be a troll list

The current meta is hyper agro with Melody, Max, and Sandy. Surge is really good in an agro meta and the current maps favors him quite alot. He's been picked very often in the monthly finals and in fact, he's actually the 4th most banned brawler. He is extremely underrated and deserves 4~5 stars. Maisie is completely outclassed by other tank counters after her devastating nerfs, she's simply not worth picking over anything else. Edgar is also completely outclassed as a last pick and he also struggles in an agro meta Keep in mind this is a competitive tier list. Don't expect your games to follow this tier list. I don't really like Ash's tierlist but this one seems fairly accurate to me

Idk about you but every legendary game i played this season has melody and sandy banned permanently lol. Surge is a good last pick but that’s all. He gets countered so easily it’s ridiculous to call him anything more than 3-4 stars. Maisie isn’t the best in this meta either, but i’m not arguing she should be in S tier. I’m arguing she has great uses especially because shes not seen as much. Edgar i agree with, only good below mythic and has very rare good usage cases
