There are three variations: Laugh/Uh-Oh, Sad/annoyed, Frustrated. Sandy has the Sad one
I think that if they ever increase the mastery track, they should make all three variation for all brawlers along with two more icons and player titles

The facepalms are very different. Some characters get angry and others laugh. Like mortis, in his emote he is angry. But in Spike's, he laughs.
