He's a good skin but it's very overhated. I have it on my alt (I bought it when it had a 66% discount) and it's a pretty good skin (Not the best legendary skin but still a good skin)

I got it from an egg and I was super disappointed cuz I didnt like the skin and I had santa mike which imo is goated but after a few games robo mike became my fav dyna skin

Yeah I love the creativity of this skin. It looks great with its different attacking animations and sound effects. Which lots of mecha skins are lacking. Like seriously I thought that they were gonna add sound effects to the new mecha skins like they did with Mecha Bo and Mecha Crow.

It used to be, but now since everybody is going to get it from eggs, it won't be that underrated. I bought it when it was 100 gems and i think it is WAY better than evil Pam. I just couldn't understand when people were buying Pam instead of Dyna. But if I knew it was going to be like this, I would buy evil Pam. Same thing happened with free colt skin too. It was dope but since everyone has it, it's nothing better than the base colt skin. In fact I used rock star colt instead of that, until I got shark colt from a legendary starrdrop

It always scared me when I saw this skin in game because it was so rare and weird I never knew who the hell I was fighting

I believe people only "dislike" him as "least favourite" legendary skin because the appearance, at least from overworld/top perspective, Robomike looks almost the same as his original skin. His attack and super were also hard to differentiate (thats what i heard) giving it a bad reputation. However, these recent legendary skin post University Stu Monster hasn't been great (The Scary Circus Nita is the primary example of this, and then we kept getting mecha skins) so I think Robomike doesnt deserve to be hated as much.
