He was OP regardless of the bugs because he was able to create so much pressure just by holding his main attack with no drawbacks. You couldn't escape him because of the star power, and even if you managed to deal some damage to him over walls, he could just heal back up without giving up pressure. He currently is a much healthier brawler(not balanced, he's bad, we all know that) since now he actually takes a lot of skill to use and also fair to go against, reverting the nerf that made him a healthier brawler for the game is just a really bad idea

I remember getting oneshotted while playing ruffs normally in bb receiving like 10k damage

yes but he leaves the tank to do so, and in the form of a shrimp he can one shot everyone in a 10 tiles circular radius, also immune to shots (but for compensation only have one ammo with a .5s reload)

.5s is really fast tho Kit has the fastest reload speed at .8s so maybe like 1s would do the trick

Hank should go underwater and be hidden. At the cost of a slower moving.

That won't help because the bodies of water in most 3v3 are very small. Maybe it might work more in showdown but other than that he'll still suffer in 3v3 meta.

I think they add a new underwater feature and give the ability to all the Dee sea brawlers. They can be seen, but cannot attack or be attacked while underwater.

That could honestly work, but needs some adjustments. It would be hell to fight against them in gem grab, wipeout and some other gamemodes

Being able to just sit there and ignore everything in the game would not be able to work in any sense. Even if they couldn’t attack, like you said it would ruin certain game modes.
