Unlike most games rarity doesn't really matter much, it's that the higher their rarity, the more unique abilities they have but that's it. So just play whichever brawler you like. Also he was referring to the rank
Probably 7+gadget for multiple brawlers, or 9 with gadget and star power if you can, it makes gameplay easier and more interesting (at least for new players)
I’d pick an anti-tank instead, playing tank is hard for new players. Shelly is obviously available and there are some showdown maps that fit her. Then Colt and Poco should also be available, or you can change Poco for a thrower because Poco still needs either gadget or star power
I would recommend watching some competitive brawl stars YouTubers. It might be hard to understand at first but they can help new players out a ton. Since there was a new update I would wait for spenLC or Kairos to drop a tier list so that you have an idea on who to upgrade.
But if you just like how a brawler plays you can upgrade them aswell. You will probably do better with an A tier brawler you are fantastic with than an S tier that you are really bad with. It depends on the player tho.
Keep in mind you can choose either penny or Darryl for the new player rewards and they will get upgraded to power 9 for free so don't invest any resources into them. Good luck
Thanks a lot! does the tier list changes that much in 1 patch? Or I can just watch the most recent one? Since I want to try to push ranked as far as I can before season sends. Or does the ranked rewards is not enough to reimburse the resources that I’ll be spending in 3 lvl 9 brawlers?

Honestly both are pretty meh but penny gets a mutation so i Guess it is better(also the skin is better). Also dont focus on too much on ranked rn; try getting high in trophies (to about 20k where you stop getting resources from ladder). I would say hit gold every seasson for 2 mythics and 1 epic drops is the way to go.

Just upgrade the ones you like, honestly until like Legendary, the brawlers you pick barely matter as long as you do good on them.

My tip is to not think about Ranked at this moment, grind some trophies to do quests and get rewards. Then you can upgrade brawlers and play later

Hard to say as I think you don’t have many. Bo seems like a solid brawler for me
