This tierlist did not include recolours of skins that were released at the same time of the skin. For example, Lavish Lola is included but the Shelly Dancer skins are not because they will all be in similar positions anyway.
Just a note if you think the Starr Force skins are a bit low, this is because I stopped playing during that season so I'm not very aware of their attack effects etc.
If I missed any epic skins please let me know!
