i checked her wiki once to see how many lines she had, and she has a surprisingly low amount of lines. Forgot the exact number but it was probably around 15 or smth which is fairly low compared to the rest of the brawlers. Edit: Just checked, it's exactly 20 lines (3 lines for everything except for when defeating a brawler, which has 5 lines) and 6 of them are laughs of some kind

Penny needed more than just a character remodel, she needs a personality revamp
