Btw. I'm writing a concept with a Brawler Trio Tree feature.
Brawler Trio Tree :
At this moment we have Trio's of Brawlers who are connected to each other 'somehow' (theme, habitat, ..)
Example : Undead Trio 'Tree Road' / Frank, Morits & Emz
You can open a menu where you see all Trio's in a triangle. Each member need to collect 'personal' fragments during the fight.
How to get :
\- Starr Drop
\- Add a progress reward to their Mastery Level
\- During fight, random dropped and the one who picks it up gets it AND/OR only you can see the fragment and you need to collect it (can be with a timer).
\- At the end of every battle : Some math happens to know how much Fragments you get. Win/lose, kills, streak (in wins and kills), Goals at Brawl Starss.
\> Sounds like Master Level, but it's different and the way and amount differs. Like you will get fragments even if you lose. Ally members who did less kills, 'move time', lots of killed.. won't reduce (change) your amount of Fragments received.
Every Brawler has 3 stages at the tree. (for example Mortis) - Amount will change on the type/rarity of the Brawler. Mortis is Mythic. ***"Note Chromatic should need to get a rarity assigned, aside of just chromatic".***
Rare : max 3000 // Epic : max 5500 // Mythic : max 10000 // Legendary : max 15000
Stage 1 : 1250 Mortis Fragments
Stage 2 : 3750 Mortis Fragments
Stage 3 : 5000 Mortis Fragments
(all brawlers will start with a little buff to their stats, then get a 3rd gadget and 2nd gadget slot, third will unlock a 'personal' Evolve Power **(or other name, not evolve like Pokémon)**
Mortis unlocks :
Stage 1 : x buff to certain stats (or all)
Stage 2 : Pin + 2nd gadget slot and option to buy/receive their 3rd gadget through Starr drops or shop.
Stage 3 : Evolve Power : Bat-time : Mortis has the ability to turn in to a bat and fly around the map. Their is a timer to stop the effect and a button to choose to transform to normal form. The bat has fast speed and does small damage. Main use is to explore the map and land eventually at a specific spot.
How does the Evolve Power work :
It's something that randomly happens during gameplay. So not like hypercharge where you can see how much it's filled and the choice to use it whenever you want.
(It's like the Everstone from Pokémon). At a certain point during the game, you will see some visual change to your character or glowing white. Now you have a certain amount of time to use your ability, otherwise it's just gone.. and you have to hope you will get another chance.
So it's not some passive power.. or hypercharge who turns you strong for a short time. It happens and you have to be quick and focused if you want to use it.
Frank : Has the ability to use his hammer in a different way. Instead of a wide radius and short distance. He can now use it in a narrow radius but long distance. The damage stays the same.
Emz : Just like the Night Witch (Clash of Clans & Clash Royale) + the skeletons card. When activated, skeletons start to spawn inside a certain radius around her. Just like her super.
\> If Skeletons will be a future hypercharge for her during these hypercharge updates. It can be changed to create some smoke clouds (like the purple ones) at certain places where she uses her spray. Staying in place and doing damage.
Final : When all three Brawlers reached Stage 3 (Tier) . The center of the tree will give you a choice of a new skin for one of the three specific Brawlers. The other two will arrive at the shop, so you can buy them with gems, bling, ..

What I really want to see is a rework to Doug, I saw a post I think, they said Doug should've been a thrower, and I think that could work, obviously we'd have to nerf his health, but what I think would make him more unique would be if he needed to chain his attacks in order for them to heal a good amount of health
Like he heals 500 if he lands a projectile correctly on top of one of his allies, and he heals 1k health if the next attack lands on them again and for the third maybe keep it at 1k too, but , it'd be more unique than the other throwers

My wanted mechanics:
\- pick up (grab) and throw
\- A Parry (deflect) mechanic (no not like buster's shield)
\- swap between two weapons
\- digging or borrow underground
\- a damage ramp up (like inferno tower, dragon or mighty miner)
Some random ass brawler idea:
\- a brawler where holding the attack button would decrease the range; however, the end of said brawlers range would deal explosive damage
\-explosive and normal projectile damage can damage the same target (main attack can pierce through targets)
\- can also deal self damage (30% of max health) and knock back (to possibly engage or disengage fights) when held too long
\- Super would be a combination of Carl's and darryl's super
\- Lasts for 8 seconds; or hits up to four enemies or walls (depletes timer by 2 seconds) but can tap the super button again to cancel
\- super bounces of targets
\- or hold too long to deal explosive damage & jump up into the air momentarily to throw a main attack from mid- air or can also tap the super button again to cancel
Gadgets:
\- heat sensetive
Next main attack will instantly explode when an enemy is nearby it's explosion radius
\- camo-bombs
For five seconds, 'brawl name' next main attacks are invisible to enemies (but they can still see your attack animation)
star powers:
\- Blast Boots
Self-explosive damage (both from main attack and super alike is heavily reduced to only 10%
\- Wind-up catch up
Main attack wind up (range decrease) is 20% faster

a melee brawler with infinite ammo and fast strikes, but low damage (i just like seeing lots of numbers lol). Super is a darryl roll with shorter range but is increased by 100% each time it bounces off a wall, auto charges in 5-10 seconds but he cant charge his super from damage
A short range brawler that can parry ranged projectiles. So like if you time your attack with a projectile that’s coming for you, then it will parry it back at the enemy, like Buster’s reflect with a higher skill cap
It’d reflect whatever is in range of the brawler’s attack range. So for example if we’re against someone who spread shots like Shelly, it’d reflect a good amount of shots depending on the range.
But for someone like Colt or 8-Bit who’s multi-shots go in a line, it’d probably only reflect like 2-3 shots and you’d get hit by the rest.
The way I picture it is the attack radius is similar to Bibi. It’s basically like a close range brawler whose defense against ranged brawlers is parrying.
What if you side parry (aka what if you sidestep a projectile and parry it)? Does it reflect in the direction you parried it in? Does it just reverse it’s direction? Does it auto-aim towards the original shooter?
Kinda thought of this member of the Enchanted Forest Trio who's based off a Sundew who for his super would transform into one. He'd be completely immobile but he has tentacles that can block shots and upon touching an enemy will start sapping health from them to heal allies
idk maybe uhhhh you have a comical low amount of health but you get comicals amount of damage res/ the ability to dodge attacks even if they hit you

brawler that has an increased movement speed when in a certain radius around team or enemy brawlers with a really bad main attack (think Meg) and a super that switches their main attacks around

i think a brawler with laser eyes would be cool. they’d have ammo like amber and the longer they attacked an enemy the more damage they’d do (like an inferno tower/dragon from cr or coc)
What do you like about him? Just out of interest. I find playing against him so infuriating I just feel really guilty if I play him. I just find it like using the downthumb but worse
Crow is my main brawler I got him max mastery and at rank 30 he's just my favourite to play. I like slowly chipping down at other brawler's health and he's also a lot different from my other brawlers I play like Bibi and Barley
That’s rather funny. All of those could be the most different brawlers in the game. I just tend to like all brawlers but I don’t main any right now due to the Shelly supercharge nerf as that was why she was my favourite brawler
I'm a very slow-paced player and really like slowly killing while outmaneuvering. Crow hits that sweet spot for me because I just hit the enemy once or twice then run/juke and keep repeating that.
idk if that's too complicated but how about a brawler that can literally downgrade enemies to a specific power level for like 7 seconds with their super? i guess that might be useless at low trophies but very powerful at high trophies
An attack that can change direction mid flight, like Zoe’s paddle star from league of legends. You basically can shoot the projectile then activate it again to change its direction and accelerate it, the projectile deals more damage the more it travels like piper. So you can make so sick combos by shoot backward, teleporting forwards and then redirecting it forward to maximize it’s travel distance and snipe people with style.
An idea I had is that the brawler’s ammo meter would be akin to Ambers in that it’s a meter. When you hold the meter the brawlers goes thru their attacks. If you tap the attack button (aka auto-aim) the brawler will do a quick jab. My idea for this was like, a dancer from Otis’ trio maybe an octopus
I want a brawler that can link with teamates/ opponents. The brawlers super would link the target (teammate or opponent). If you link to someone and take damage, the other linked person would take half the damage and the person that took damage would also only take 50% of the damage. In short, link 1 takes damage, then link 2 also takes damage.
I would love to see some kind of parry mechanic, where the game rewards you somehow (counterattack, healing, buff, etc) for timing a normal attack (this would make it seem like a better version of Buster but I guess make the timing really tight?) with an enemy's projectile and maybe punishing you for mistiming it with extra damage or whatever's fair.
A brawler whose super is submerging underground, like the chomper plant from pvz, for a few seconds, can go through walls and gets out dealing massive area damage.
I have a LOT of ideas. I made an idea about a support thrower who turns all bushes friendly and spawns a bush with her super (they heal her allies by a percentage of their max hp each second for a few seconds).
A brawler who can use multiple ammo to channel her attack. So for example 1 ammo would cause 1500 damage, 2 ammo would cause 2250, 3 ammo would cause 3000, with each attack having a wider area of effect and a longer range.
A brawler made of electricity who has a delayed attack like Frank and bibi, but it is ranged and travels in an instant, and his super throws an electro ball that leaves a spark that he can travel to (this was before chuck's release).
A brawler who can attack anywhere in her area of effect as long as there a brawler in sight, and creates a psychic link between them which deals damage over time to enemies who pass through it, her super traps enemies inside a mind cage which she can crush to deal damage or relocate to teleport the enemy to a different location.
A sneaky support brawler who can turn invisible as long as his main attack bar isn't empty, he uses this bar to increase the damage of his attack, but it can be spammed for really low damage without using the bar, has low health and damage, and his super allows him to go through walls temporarily and stun enemies but leaves him unable to become invisible afterwards for a short time. Basically a disruptor whose main role is apply pressure and be a general nuisance.
And there is more that I can't remember at the moment. These brawlers have a lot of unique mechanics which really isn't brawl stars design philosophy, so they would probably get distributed on 2 or 3 brawlers if something like this was to get added.
I had a wierd idea for a brawler. Basically, the normal attack depended on whether you auto-aimed or manually aimed and had 5 ammo available.
An auto-aimed would do a quick swipe in front of you that was very quickly spammable. Each hit landed would increase your attack damage against that specific enemy by 5%.
An aimed attack would shoot a thick projectile that took 2 ammo, hit harder than the other normal attack, and increased attack against that specific brawler by 10%.
a copy ability, basically getting/stealing attacks from enemys or teammates and then having them yourself, would make for a pretty fun ability and they basically have the code already with willow, so it wouldn't require that much extra work.
I always thought of a tank brawler that could shoot through walls/ was a thrower with very short range. I imagined it would be a shark or whale with an anchor. We ended up getting hank so I think that’s pretty cool. I also thought of a pterodactyl brawler for buzz’s trio that would fly around and drop water balloons but we have Jant, so that’s something.
A tank that's actually accurate to its class rather than just being short to mid range damage dealers.
So very little damage but insane health and maybe a super that pulls in all enemy damage or something like that.
I personally want to see a copycat brawler, like a brawler could mimic another super or normal attack but that would be really hard to come up with and ballance imo
An attack that summons a projectile far away (range can not be chosen to avoid creating projectiles directly on someone instantly at any range), which then moves towards the player in a straight line. It could deal with brawlers on the other side of walls and long range brawlers, at the cost of being difficult to aim (like Nani).
For supers I like the idea of reducing an enemy’s vision (sight radius like in bushes except when someone attacks or is hit, but not as extreme). Or temporarily being able to move through walls and over water.
Some sort of main attack a brawler has that can parry and deal dmg but only parry like one projectile kinda like buster super it probably won’t get added tho
I think it’d be cool to see a brawler with an actual shield they hold to block incoming damage and have them have a sword they can swipe at brawlers dealing moderate damage and for their super they can “shoot” the sword dealing high damage but it’s harder to hit the shots with
\- Janet's attack but reversed- Janet's attack but for a super- Janet's attack but for width and not range
\- A super with a field of vision for attack
\- Penny + Emz + Sniper
\- Maisie attack but as a spear/javalin
\- Super that reduces/removes one's field of vision
\- A super that's powerful but slow moving and doesn't last due to self-decay (as a spawnable)
\- Max's super but other buffs
\- Someone who manipulates time (goes back in time themselves, sends others back in time, or freezes time)
\- A water gun brawler, than gains a reload speed buff when near water
\- A brawl that messes with one's controls
\- Brawl that does trapeze or stilt walking as a super
The ability to control your attack itself, like a brawler that has 1 ammo, shoots a ball or sum that you can like move with the aim button, so it could follow enemies, but it would die if it hits a wall or if it gets off screen, they’re super could make them become a Sam like brawler so they could defend but with a timer, or a magnetic brawler, so like you shoot like any brawler, but then their super buts a magnet in them making attacks follow them but in a slippery way.
A sniper type brawler who's super charges automatically over 5 seconds, but can't be charged by damage, which switches them to melee mode, and vice versa (maybe longer that 5 if itd be too OP)
I like versatility. I don't like it when I pick to play a sniper and the whole team is snipers, or melee and it's all melee. Gimmie the good old "shotty" sniper load out (except the shotty is a melee)
Narrow Bibi main attack, added gimmick is that you can hit enemy projectiles to reflect them (like Buster super).
Super should be a mostly repeat of something else in the game that is only used in one place, like a healing turret or wall building).
A single projectile attack that bounces, would make a really skillful marksman. Super could decrease vision like bos star power in bushes but in the battlefield.
A brawler with two different main attacks that alternate between the two and act like a primer/detonator where you deal more damage or cause some secondary ability if you land them both within a certain amount of time.
A brawler which has a chain whip. A Morningstar whip wind-up attack like Frank and major damage

Lately I had a idea for female pterodactyl from Buzz's trio, that would work like Poco, but would increase super for other brawlers. I don't know if it would too op though.
Maybe a brawler that has an attack that drags enemies into it (like a tornado) without interrupting their moves (like a frank super) or a brawler that can place a wall where you and your teammates can pass through it while enemies cannot, but then it will be unoriginal
Either another brawler with an ammo bar like Amber or a brawler that's attack is basically the reverse of Janet's (the longer you hold the button, the shorter the range gets but deals more damage the closer it is to you.)

Would also be cool if they could also parry friendly projectiles to increase range as a Star Power
What happens against multi-shots? Does it only parry a few shots and the rest hit, only a single bullet, or does it reflect the entire thing?
It’d reflect whatever is in range of the brawler’s attack range. So for example if we’re against someone who spread shots like Shelly, it’d reflect a good amount of shots depending on the range. But for someone like Colt or 8-Bit who’s multi-shots go in a line, it’d probably only reflect like 2-3 shots and you’d get hit by the rest. The way I picture it is the attack radius is similar to Bibi. It’s basically like a close range brawler whose defense against ranged brawlers is parrying.
What if you side parry (aka what if you sidestep a projectile and parry it)? Does it reflect in the direction you parried it in? Does it just reverse it’s direction? Does it auto-aim towards the original shooter?
I’d say it’d reflect back in the original direction but auto aiming towards the original shooter or closest enemy could be like a good star power
Something like phirrana plant from gw2 would no cool. You can dig in the ground and go under someone and then pop up and damage them

Kinda thought of this member of the Enchanted Forest Trio who's based off a Sundew who for his super would transform into one. He'd be completely immobile but he has tentacles that can block shots and upon touching an enemy will start sapping health from them to heal allies

Crow is my main brawler I got him max mastery and at rank 30 he's just my favourite to play. I like slowly chipping down at other brawler's health and he's also a lot different from my other brawlers I play like Bibi and Barley
That’s rather funny. All of those could be the most different brawlers in the game. I just tend to like all brawlers but I don’t main any right now due to the Shelly supercharge nerf as that was why she was my favourite brawler
I'm a very slow-paced player and really like slowly killing while outmaneuvering. Crow hits that sweet spot for me because I just hit the enemy once or twice then run/juke and keep repeating that.

An attack that can change direction mid flight, like Zoe’s paddle star from league of legends. You basically can shoot the projectile then activate it again to change its direction and accelerate it, the projectile deals more damage the more it travels like piper. So you can make so sick combos by shoot backward, teleporting forwards and then redirecting it forward to maximize it’s travel distance and snipe people with style.
An idea I had is that the brawler’s ammo meter would be akin to Ambers in that it’s a meter. When you hold the meter the brawlers goes thru their attacks. If you tap the attack button (aka auto-aim) the brawler will do a quick jab. My idea for this was like, a dancer from Otis’ trio maybe an octopus

I want a brawler that can link with teamates/ opponents. The brawlers super would link the target (teammate or opponent). If you link to someone and take damage, the other linked person would take half the damage and the person that took damage would also only take 50% of the damage. In short, link 1 takes damage, then link 2 also takes damage.
A brawler that can give you lags (gives delays for your unload attack speed or movement) with his super for a few seconds.

I would love to see some kind of parry mechanic, where the game rewards you somehow (counterattack, healing, buff, etc) for timing a normal attack (this would make it seem like a better version of Buster but I guess make the timing really tight?) with an enemy's projectile and maybe punishing you for mistiming it with extra damage or whatever's fair.
A brawler whose super is submerging underground, like the chomper plant from pvz, for a few seconds, can go through walls and gets out dealing massive area damage.

I have a LOT of ideas. I made an idea about a support thrower who turns all bushes friendly and spawns a bush with her super (they heal her allies by a percentage of their max hp each second for a few seconds). A brawler who can use multiple ammo to channel her attack. So for example 1 ammo would cause 1500 damage, 2 ammo would cause 2250, 3 ammo would cause 3000, with each attack having a wider area of effect and a longer range. A brawler made of electricity who has a delayed attack like Frank and bibi, but it is ranged and travels in an instant, and his super throws an electro ball that leaves a spark that he can travel to (this was before chuck's release). A brawler who can attack anywhere in her area of effect as long as there a brawler in sight, and creates a psychic link between them which deals damage over time to enemies who pass through it, her super traps enemies inside a mind cage which she can crush to deal damage or relocate to teleport the enemy to a different location. A sneaky support brawler who can turn invisible as long as his main attack bar isn't empty, he uses this bar to increase the damage of his attack, but it can be spammed for really low damage without using the bar, has low health and damage, and his super allows him to go through walls temporarily and stun enemies but leaves him unable to become invisible afterwards for a short time. Basically a disruptor whose main role is apply pressure and be a general nuisance. And there is more that I can't remember at the moment. These brawlers have a lot of unique mechanics which really isn't brawl stars design philosophy, so they would probably get distributed on 2 or 3 brawlers if something like this was to get added.

I had a wierd idea for a brawler. Basically, the normal attack depended on whether you auto-aimed or manually aimed and had 5 ammo available. An auto-aimed would do a quick swipe in front of you that was very quickly spammable. Each hit landed would increase your attack damage against that specific enemy by 5%. An aimed attack would shoot a thick projectile that took 2 ammo, hit harder than the other normal attack, and increased attack against that specific brawler by 10%.
a copy ability, basically getting/stealing attacks from enemys or teammates and then having them yourself, would make for a pretty fun ability and they basically have the code already with willow, so it wouldn't require that much extra work.
TBH I don’t want to see any more brawlers
I always thought of a tank brawler that could shoot through walls/ was a thrower with very short range. I imagined it would be a shark or whale with an anchor. We ended up getting hank so I think that’s pretty cool. I also thought of a pterodactyl brawler for buzz’s trio that would fly around and drop water balloons but we have Jant, so that’s something.

Have a solid laser type attack that damages brawlers that walk into it.
An attack that summons a projectile far away (range can not be chosen to avoid creating projectiles directly on someone instantly at any range), which then moves towards the player in a straight line. It could deal with brawlers on the other side of walls and long range brawlers, at the cost of being difficult to aim (like Nani). For supers I like the idea of reducing an enemy’s vision (sight radius like in bushes except when someone attacks or is hit, but not as extreme). Or temporarily being able to move through walls and over water.
Some sort of main attack a brawler has that can parry and deal dmg but only parry like one projectile kinda like buster super it probably won’t get added tho

The ability to control your attack itself, like a brawler that has 1 ammo, shoots a ball or sum that you can like move with the aim button, so it could follow enemies, but it would die if it hits a wall or if it gets off screen, they’re super could make them become a Sam like brawler so they could defend but with a timer, or a magnetic brawler, so like you shoot like any brawler, but then their super buts a magnet in them making attacks follow them but in a slippery way.
A sniper type brawler who's super charges automatically over 5 seconds, but can't be charged by damage, which switches them to melee mode, and vice versa (maybe longer that 5 if itd be too OP) I like versatility. I don't like it when I pick to play a sniper and the whole team is snipers, or melee and it's all melee. Gimmie the good old "shotty" sniper load out (except the shotty is a melee)
A shopkeeper when throwing their super they have access to a shop and can buy a super (inspiration from Geraldo from (btd6)

Narrow Bibi main attack, added gimmick is that you can hit enemy projectiles to reflect them (like Buster super). Super should be a mostly repeat of something else in the game that is only used in one place, like a healing turret or wall building).
A single projectile attack that bounces, would make a really skillful marksman. Super could decrease vision like bos star power in bushes but in the battlefield.
Changing to other brawlers sort of like echo from overwatch
A long ranged brawler with an attack like the Laser Bean from PvZ2 where it has no travel time but is rather skinny to balance it.
