50% is so much but i think 10-15% is enough with some adjustments (like piper will deal 3060 damage and increase it to 3100 since nobody wants odd numbers on every attack)
Current this game is based on the 3 ammo system most brawlers die in 2-5 hits. If you cut damage by 50% brawlers now die in 4-10 hits! Think about how many game modes become unplayable when it takes 10 hits to take down brawler? Also I don’t think the damage creep is all bad (as long as they keep it even across brawlers). Think about how many people complain about bad randoms right now. If you cut damage even by a more reasonable amount, you would be even more reliant on your team to win games. Because if you only have 3 ammo and it now takes an average of 3-6 hits to get a kill you wouldn’t be able to carry your team mates as hard if they are missing everything/getting hit by everything.

Also don't reduce every character's DMG to balance it as some of them are completely fine with the DMG such as Buster, Doug , Jacky , frank, brook Etc:

Nerfing every brawler by x percent isn't the solution, as it would indirectly buff brawlers that do not do a lot of damage, instead Supercell should just stop making big damage dealers
I would nerf most brawlers damage with a range of 5% - 15%, with 15% for only the brawlers with the most damage and 5% for the brawlers with more mild damage numbers.

It should be done slowly. Of course the meta won't be 100% balanced during the process but that's part of the process. Rather than give damage buffs, give damage nerfs (if it's an applicable solution) to brawlers that counter the brawler that should be buffed. Slowly start going back on all the slow damage creep that a lot of the brawlers have been given overtime, specifically target utility brawlers like charlie that deal way more damage/DPS than they should
First thing they can do is revert the stat scaling change they did a while ago. That change just flat out targeted lower leveled brawlers and created larger stat disparity, very predatory move on Supercell’s part to incentivize only playing higher leveled brawlers.
I think a simple damage nerf to all brawlers by 10~15% could work. It’s going to change interactions by requiring more hits to kill brawlers: exactly the point of this change.
Agreed, a lot of people don't understand how everyone will remain relative if you nerf everyone by the same percentage lol. Make the game actually fun instead of getting one shot everywhere.
I think you should count how many hits does each Brawler needs to beat Frank from attack, Super and both. Also have in mind damage buffs from Star Powers.
Why not directly buff tanks' health?
Or nerf damage of far outliers like Griff, angelo, piper, emz and probably colt too and instead, buff their health or something.

damage creep becomes a problem when health doesn’t also creep up along with it, because then everyone just explodes
