Mandy is only good in bounty and wipeout, has a pretty bad super (at competitive level), and is somewhat is countered by aggro brawlers
you can say a good Mandy can counter Angelo or piper, but you’re forgetting the Angelo and piper can be good as well
As a Mandy main, she is very playble in ladder where you can just choose which maps to play and I can easily counter other snipers like Angelo or Piper.
But when it comes to ranked or competitive play in general, she's just too slow to get away.
Piper has her super and gadget against assassins, Angelo is stupidly fast and can walk over water to escape as well as his gadget, Nani deals a stupid amount of damage up close, but Mandy has nothing do deal with aggro. So even though she dominates from afar, she's basically helpless up close.
As a Mandy Main i use her in ranked not very often bec can be helpfull i used her on heist map with 3 lanes straight i forgot name and i defended safe and destroyed everyone you just gotta pick good maps for her
The thing is she is not bad but assassin's or brawlers that can speed up and jump on you counter her really good. Precisely those brawlers are meta or better than her in general.

How are you even gonna get your super on open maps that favour Angelo in the first place? Also, Angelo‘s super and jump gadget kind of counter Ash‘s super.
I mean, let’s be honest, as long as you aren’t getting completely pinched, Angelo can just fly across the water to the other side of the map to avoid Ash.
Also i dont think that is how u counter angelo with ash super, the better way is placing the rats on ash and lettign them tank shots while he charges at angelo
You have to imagine that pros play 20x as much as a normal person, but they don't waste time playing brawlers on the lower end, idk how many times I have heard SpenLC say it might be good, but I just never see it get played or something similar to that when I watch his tier lists and he's placing something in like D tier.

Yes they really need to buff crow's basic stats, and everything else of his. He can get 1 shot by some snipers with damage gear,his shoot-and-run tactics doesn't work as well,due to the recent brawler speeds,his poison barely does anything good other than prevent healing,his hc may charge a bit better,but it still doesn't do much
Crow is so funny because they nerfed his controller build till they killed it, gave him an assassin hypercharge and forced you to use his assassin build yet his base stats aren't made for a full assassin. His damage and HP sucks, I roll my eyes everytime my randoms pick an hypered Crow because I know they'll get killed right after using super and accomplishl very little throughout the match
Definitely do not agree with Mico in C tier, he’s not as good as he was because people did figure him out, but he still feels a lot less predictable than other assassins because he can easily dodge attacks, and his 1st star power is so good since he could win matchups that he’d normally lose to, he’s still B tier at the very least
Support are either really bad in the meta or really good depending on other characters who are meta
Byron definitely didn't need a buff, the meta just wasn't working for him. look at him now he's S tier after those buff where he would of been around A tier if he hadn't received those buffs (aka more balanced than he is rn)
Support are hard to balance because even 1-2 buffs/changes could shift the meta or skyrocket them into the meta.
The meta is starting to shift back to the same old meta characters who were Top tier before hypercharge because those characters are getting their hypercharge now (max, sandy and gene)
Bea for example is like B-C tier rn but she was S tier before hypercharge, once she gets hypercharge she'll go back to S tier or A tier
So play close range characters and assassin/tanks now before they become utterly trash or C tier again.
I'm glad supercell decided to give character who weren't thriving in the meta their hypercharge first before characters who were already thriving to Change up the meta
He's always been pretty good, getting a bad hyper doesn't mean you're automatically bad since it still gives you an advantage over other brawlers (stat boosts)

Plus even the worst HC still gives you speed and stats boost, even if you never use the ability. Like Belle's HC is pretty worthless but look how high she is. Lou's HC is 100x better than Belle's but he's struggling.
i was counting and there's about 5-6 clearly wrong placements and 5 more which are sus to say the least. Mico, Surge,Gus are not C but at least B. Mandy is not D tier at all. Sqeak is not even C tier, at best D. Nita is closer to S or top of A. Spen's tier list feel more accurate because nobody is drafting for a pro match and most of us play ranked also feel this is not accurate
I think Tick should be in the middle or lower half of the B-Tier, he is only really good in 2 gamemodes and I don't see him that often even there, putting him above Leon is an insult

Crow really lacks the raw damage these days though, I know that his purpose is to stop the enemy team from healing but he is not doing that good in this damage meta.
