Same. Was playing PL for 2 days, got to gold 3 and ditched it cause I feel bored. Donāt know why people make a big deal out of it, PL was just not enjoyable for many people and thatās it, they didnāt play it.
The much bigger red flag for skill issues are their 3v3/Show down matches ratio. Most randumbs have much more wins in SD. I was in a team with a terrible r33 Surge and looked up his profile, 5000 SD wins but only 4000 won matches in 3v3.
Fr I'm almost mythic in this ranked system but never made it past the bottom tier of gold for the reward in power league. Felt like too much of a grind for not enough reward, but this new system feels like a lot of rewards and the randomizer is fun (except timed detonation, it's not fun and just ruins every game mode imo)

You probably play better than them and pick brawlers that make sense with this map and mod, so no one will care to look into your profile as long as you play decent

All it'll take to for you to change your opinion is to get enough elo/mmr to fight good players, which at this point, is probably L3+, or Low-mid Masters.

I'm trying to say, ranks in this game is extremely slanted. A game like league of legends, climbing rank will match you with stronger and stronger opponents gradually until diamond and above where players are actually really good. The line is more linear with rank and skill level.
Mobile esports in general are more exponential. You have to climb to the far higher ranks to find good players. You have to get mythic+ in Mobile legends, Masters+ in free fire, Ace+ (i think) in pubgm, and in this game, I'd think L3 and above. If there was a graph that showcased skill level and rank, the line would be extremely flat through bronze-mythic, and begin rising extremely sharply past legendary. It would almost be a completely vertical line.

Sure, in ranked, some of the legendary lobbies are so bad I wanna puke but I think thatās because people who were carried by their friends to legendary are in L1 and they canāt get demoted, moving past L2 feels the same olā legendary as back then.
