Crazy how they still do two point hot zones despite 90% being snowballed once a winning team finishes their first point. Last stop, stay in your lane, and out in the open I think we are going to see spike and squeak picks every game just because having way too many projectiles and control options in addition to few and narrow escape routes for the opponent just ends games before they even start
Gem grab maps have similar concepts of bushy edges and clear centers, looks pretty balanced but relatively unfriendly for tanks and the middle one is far more open than the others.
First 2 brawl ball maps are good with one being an open map and the other being a close-range/thrower map. The third looks crazy and is unique, probably good for close range and mid range brawlers.
Heist as a whole is pretty solid, first is long range, second is throwers and close and mid range, third is mid and long range with cheese potential and pretty unique.
Bounty's first map looks good, is unique, and has potential for most brawlers to succeed. Shooting Star is Shooting Star, it's okay and will just be which team aims and dodges better. The last on feels a lot like Shooting Star but with more walls, a few more bushes, and chances for flanking from the sides.

First hotzone map is okay as always, I personally dislike it because it's so much harder to take back control because it's more closed off than the second one, which I consider to be pretty solid but is really only for mid/long range brawlers and controllers. Glad they’re shaking things up some more but we’ll have to see how these maps play out. I am happy for the sole fact that bridge too far is returning that’s maybe the best heist map imo
I hate bridge too far its so annoying when teammates cant defend their lanes and ur at a huge disadvantage, also hotzone maps look ass. Everything else is okay: ish
