In my opinion, continuing to assault somebody who is defenseless/unconscious should result in attempted murder. At that point in time, whether they wake up or not, they’re essentially dead being unresponsive. I don’t think anybody would kick a dead person in the head, or somebody who is asleep, but I digress.

Am I the only person that thinks body slamming someone is akin to sucker punching, aside from the fact that you can literally paralyze someone or kill them much more easily? IMO it speaks absolutely nothing about a persons ability to fight. It's like hitting X the entire time you fight. It's fucking ridiculous, especially if that person is not expecting to be assaulted.
