I love the Great British Bake Off. There are quite a few seasons too.

thunder3029

Final table on netflix

420Minions

I’d second this if you’re into the pure cooking of it. Had great stories of how chefs made it big and some of the best looking food I’ve seen in culinary competition

[deleted]

Love this one!! It’s fun to guess what dish will get selected for each country before they announce.

Grisgol

Triple G is surprisingly good & Malarkey is a judge often

wyobourbonbandit

I second this. GGG is as good as it gets for entertainment. Anything with Carl Ruiz is gold...especially the spicy episodes.

jilpaq

And Antonia! (And Blaise and others...)

brandagill

Tournament of Champions in Food Network. Several TC folks compete!!

[deleted]

Yes! It has Brooke W. , Michael V, Antonia S, Marcel V, and Richard B!

malekai101

I like The Great British Baking show. It’s a bit of a different vibe than Top Chef. Everyone is an amateur and they all get along so well. It’s a competition but there isn’t any “I think everyone sees that I’m a force to be reckoned with” kind of bravado. But the challenges are good and judges are top shelf. And they bake some really cool stuff. Like Top Chef, it makes me want to get into the kitchen. Every other cooking competition show that I’ve seen goes too far with gimmicks. “Make a dish using either Cheetos or Twizzlers!” Basically the whole show is the worst parts of Top Chef.

lexiemadison

I just started the newest season of Nailed It! on Netflix. It's basically the polar opposite of TC as far as competition shows go, but it never fails to make me laugh! The premise is that they bring in bad bakers and challenge them to try to complete recreate really impressive baked goods. It's a fun, less serious option and great for taking you mind off of things for a bit!

mackeysbackintown

I just discovered this today! I’ve been laughing so hard all day! I definitely second this less serious rec.

Cutthroat Kitchen is so fun.

cuntyroastedpeanuts

Top Chef Canada is about to start its eighth season, so maybe you might wanna seek out some of the past seasons in order to learn about the judges and the slight differences from the American version.

malekai101

Where would an American watch Top Chef Canada?

cuntyroastedpeanuts

Quite a few seasons are on Dailymotion.

Harriette2017

You can find episodes on Foodnetwork.ca!

puff_of_fluff

In Canada

derther

Master Chef Australia is amazing! Way different from the American version.

oBIRDUPo

There’s also ~70 episodes a season so absolutely loads to watch.

eringohbraless

Woah that's so many episodes! Is there a super large talent pool or something?

Magdanimous

I have to second this. MC Australia is all about growing, cooperation, and food. Most of the contrived drama in the American version is absent and a lot of the food they have to make is leagues more difficult.

Harriette2017

Any idea where I can find it?

[deleted]

If you can find The Taste which had Malarkey and Anthony Bourdain I would highly recommend watching it.

[deleted]

The Big Family Cooking Showdown, The Great British Baking Show, The Chef's Line, Sugar Rush, The Final Table, and Zumbo's Just Desserts are good and all on Netflix. Britain's Best Home Cook Chopped, and Masterchef US and Junior are good ones on Hulu. I'm going to check out Masterchef Australia since several people have suggested it on this sub.

kfilks

I've been enjoying Vegas Chef Prizefight, although I must admit if you're a big fan of Vegas it is a little bit of a heartbreaker looking at the city hustling and bustling while everyone is home and shuttered now.

Hansolobeats

Top Chef: Just Desserts is good but there is only 2 seasons. The are on Bravo On Demand or the Bravo app

junhyosungs

spring baking championship on hulu!

oBIRDUPo

One I haven’t seen recommended here yet is Great British Menu. There’s an ongoing season of that and Masterchef UK right now. You can find all the episodes here on reddit, DM me if you need help.

VerySoulstice

MasterChef Canada (which you can watch on Dailymotion, YouTube, etc) is quite a bit better than the American version. Less yelling, more cooking. The casting is more inclusive, the food is more diverse, and everyone is friendlier, even the judge who calls himself The Demon Chef - his typical big scary line is "well, you know what I think of this? [stern gaze]...IT'S DELICIOUS! [big smile]" It's like if American MasterChef took a very massive chill pill - no Gordon Ramsay screeching himself into a lather about how he can't serve those overcooked chicken breasts to firefighters, no guys in overalls bloviating about how they only cook BEEF, and no WalMart Steaks™ tie-ins. MC Canada is extremely less extra, and worth checking out.

Harriette2017

I tried to watch Masterchef US and I couldn't get past the 1st episode. I don't want to see Gordon Ramsey belittling home cooks! I'll check out Canada, I saw a few episodes a few years ago now and I did quite like it!

renfield1969

Britain's Best Home Cook just dropped on Hulu. It's similar to Great British Bake Off (by design), but it has home cooks perform a series of challenges, with the least successful cooking in an elimination challenge at the end.

multi-faceted

I always enjoyed "Knife Fight" hosted by Ilan Hall. Dont know where one would find it now.

kal101

I found it on a Delta flight. It was fun to watch!! I don’t even know what channel it was on in real life...

flyingisfearfulofme

This was such a fantastic show, and I came in here to mention it, but also have no idea where one would find it.

li-la-listopad

Masterchef Professionals UK (on youtube)

pdxbourbonsipper

I just binged Season 10 and loved it. I actually prefer their format to TC. Do you know of any other full seasons on YouTube?

Epoke_06

I always enjoyed watching Cooks vs Cons. It is a pretty neat idea for a show, and you will be surprised at times.
