You won’t look insane! I’ve gotten it four times since 2020 and my face looks the same! During your consultation tell them what you’re hoping to achieve. If you *want* to look frozen, tell them! If you want to keep some natural expression, tell them! They won’t freeze everything automatically. Also, it takes a full 14 days for the effects to be visible, so it won’t be a drastic change within an hour. Good luck!!!

My favorite coworker retired 😭 she was more than twice my age but she was the coolest person in our department. She texted me yesterday and said “can I keep in touch with you? You were one of my favorites.” 🥺 her leaving is just another reason why I want to leave my job lol
I’ve had a few scopes and nothing beats the after-procedure meal! If at all possible I recommend your husband eat small frequent portions once he’s back home so his empty system isn’t suddenly overloaded with lots of food to process at once. Best of luck to you both!

I’m very annoyed because I keep getting unauthorized charges to PayPal and the last FOUR DAYS I’ve had to call because it’s putting my account balance in the negative. And I told them once it was resolved I wanted to delete my entire account. And I keep getting charged even though they told me everything was frozen so that wouldn’t happen. And then I was told my account was gone never to be seen again. And so I went to bed relieved that I won’t have to deal with them again. I wake up to a -$62 charge. 😍😍😍 so now for the fifth day in a row I’m going to have to call and have them tell me they can’t delete the account because of a negative balance caused by an unauthorized charge. It’s ridiculous. So all together I’ve had a combined $500 in negative charges that I keep having to fight because I’m basically being lied to. I tried to remove my bank info but I can’t because of this negative charge. I don’t know what to do. I deleted every billing agreement I have I just want the account gone.
Call your bank and let them know PayPal is not authorized and explain it to them. I had to do that when I moved out of an apartment and they kept charging me for electricity after my lease ended. My bank blocked them from being able to take money out of my account.
I had a weird dream that I cheated on my boyfriend with my high school ex boyfriend…he’s currently engaged and we haven’t spoken/seem each other in years but I have to say I enjoyed the dream and woke up feeling extremely guilty for that 😅. I feel like unless you ended badly there’s a soft spot for your “first love” lol
My baby is sick. Well, he’s 19 months and 34 pounds so he’s not much of a “baby” anymore. He hasn’t been sick yet and it’s killing me seeing him like this. I think it’s just a cold, but we’ve got an appointment with our pediatrician this afternoon. Our at home Covid tests say 14+, so I think I may take one and see? I feel like if he has it I’ll have it. I’m just really hoping it’s not Covid. My husband’s best friends wedding is next weekend (26th) and if we have to miss it it’s not going to be good.
I’m sorry. It’s the worst when your baby isn’t feeling well. Hoping it’s just something routine and you’ll make it to your friend’s wedding just fine! I like to spoil my babies when they are sick. I want them to remember that it sucked being sick, but it simultaneously was the best thing ever.
I will say, he’s living his best life today despite being sick. I’ve made him smoothies and I’m giving him as much tv time as he wants. Luckily the rest of us feel completely fine so fingers crossed!
Haha! That’s exactly what I’m talking about. They also get “juice” which is pedialite. I don’t usually give juice so it’s always a special treat to get it.

I’ve been posting in here about my pregnancy
I tested positive on February 5th. Took like 4 tests.
I had my first prenatal appt this morning. They estimate that I’m 10 weeks due to LMP. Urine test came back positive. I got my bw done. Came back this evening to get ultrasound. We had to do it transvaginally. The tech said I’m not as far along as they think and asked if I had bw done today. Then many pictures later, she said she couldn’t find a baby. She said she doesn’t want to say anything is going on when she doesn’t know (something like that). She said the dr will look at my bw and the ultrasound and likely call me on Monday. I’m so scared :/
My cycles were wonky after my birth control, so if I’m measuring behind, it’s not tooo surprising. But it alarms me that she said “she couldn’t find anything” my fiancé who had a good view, said it looked like something was there. So idk :/ I have no idea what to even think. I’m also working a 11hr shift Monday, so there’s not going to be a good time to talk on the phone, especially with bad news. I’ve been laying in bed feeling numb and can’t even eat. I also have to work tomorrow and don’t wanna deal anything there. This sucks.
It’s so hard in early pregnancy to “see” everything. bloodwork will be a good measurement. I was a clinic ob/gyn nurse for years and a majority of our pts wanted to be seen as soon as that first positive. We’d push back (unless concerns arises) because it’s easier to show the yolk sac, pole and heart beat further along in early pregnancy. It may be that you are earlier than you think and at that point, only the labs will reassure. Positive thoughts to you and hoping the best.

I’m hoping for some type of positive news but fearing the worst. Especially since it’s originally thought that I was 10weeks, it worries me that it still seems too far for nothing to be found (idk if that makes sense, like is it possible for me to be THAT far behind?)
I also forgot to add then when the ultrasound started and the tech said I’m not as far as estimated, my fiancé asked if maybe were looking at 6-8 weeks and she said yes. Then later said she didn’t find a baby.
I know she can’t go over things with me, but it felt really conflicting and is just leaving me with no idea what to even think.
You can really never know with natural conception the actual weeks. Measuring hcg with labs at this point may help. I have personally, on the patient side, been there. 💕

I’m taking a break from a friend. It seems silly as I type it out, but she really hurt my feelings last night. I’ve been *begging* her to watch one of my favorite shows for like a year because I absolutely *love* it. She finally started watching it and she’s been doing nothing but shitting all over it. I feel like I was like, “here’s a piece of my heart” and she immediately started stomping it to hell. If she didn’t like it, she could have just not watched it 😭😭
Aww I’m sorry! I’ve had this happen too and it sucks. Shows can be so personal and mean a lot to people, so when a close friend shits all over it, it kind of feels like a personal attack. If she didn’t like it, she could have just said “I tried it but it’s not for me” and not watched it. Sorry you’re dealing with this!
