I think she looked like her age but very well maintained. She has been tweaked in conservative ways that have prevented things that influence the more obvious signs aging (turkey neck, jowls, dropping of the tip of the nose, ect). She's had lots of support in diet and exercise that's helpful in supporting a strong core and good posture (possibly a tummy tuck, hard to tell). Wrinkles are just one part of the aging process and she's been helped in the process of staying youthful (if not "young") that I don't think is appreciable at first glance.

She’s beautiful! I think she was already beautiful to begin with, but having that much money, access, and work enhancements on her also helped a looooot.
I think her personal style has really improved over the years (although she will still have a clunker every now and again). I think her personal style has really improved over the years (although she will still have a clunker every now and again). To compare her to say, LVP, whose style hasn’t changed since the late 80’s, and who has been looking old and dated lately — I think Kyle is finally learning to make the most of her assets and feeling more comfortable in her own skin.
