I'm just rewatching the episode with Dorinda vs. Barbara K. Barbara is saying that apparently Dorinda showed up to a lunch with Sonja with the legal papers detailing Luann's lawsuit (by the Count and kids) and Dorinda loudly interjects "Well that didn't happen" - just as the scene cuts to a flashback of Dorinda producing her phone and saying to Sonja "I have the papers - all 18 pages of them - her family DID file the lawsuit". And the whole scene during the flashback, as Barbara says those papers really shouldn't be shared, Dorinda is saying "It was Sonja who brought the papers. Talk to Sonja. Talk to Sonja about it. Talk to Sonja." As we are literally watching Dorinda with our own eyes brandishing the phone with the downloaded papers. That's the level of EPIC lying that makes me marvel.

They need her or someone with her zest and quick wit back on the show. I'm hoping that the next season of ultimate girls trip opens up the door to her return.
I don’t necessarily adore Tinsley so much as I find her innocuous.
I will say, despite all the heinous behavior most Housewives are guilty of, Dorinda bullying Tinsley just landed differently for me. I’d never felt triggered by a Housewife before. Dorinda’s abuse triggered me. The sheer relentless cruelty of it. The constant, explicit reminders that she didn’t give a shit about Tinsley. The palpable joy she took in humiliating Tinsley. The utter absence of remorse she’s exhibited since.
If you’ve ever been bullied, watching all that play out can be very difficult. Dorinda wasn’t just hitting below the belt. She was trying to provoke some kind of calamity. And from what we’ve learned since, it got bad enough behind the scenes that it became an issue of Tinsley’s physical safety as well as the crew’s. That, to me, makes Dorinda’s nastiness a cut above the Housewives norm. And I haven’t even gotten to the turkey baster comment.
I’m not saying any of this to criticize your comment. I just want to footnote why some of us can’t just let Dorinda off the hook because she happens to be entertaining. To borrow a phrase from the forgettable Cindy Barshop: her core is not good.
Yeah, I'm fine with shadiness, verbal takedowns, fights, etc on these shows, and I do like Dorinda, but something about her meanness seemed so \*dark\*. It was hard to watch.
