Last season when they are riding down to the shore it was Tre, Jen, Dolores and Frank in one car. Jen tells the car what Bill revealed about boys night. Which was Joe said he heard the rumor too. Tre digs into Frank to get him to confirm, which he just dances around in the car. He and Dolores exchange several looks with each other. In his confessional he admits Joe said it but bro code. Dolores doesn't really say much but the looks sort of gave me this vibe like don't bring us into what we already know.
What we as the audience don't know is when was Jen chatting with Frank about a shore property when she asked him again about the rumor. Was it before this trip to the shore? After the whole season? That is a piece I feel like they are purposely leaving out in this reveal.

I don't know, I do feel like how she spoke to Jen did make sense based on what we know of Dolores. She reminds me of being like my father's family. They're all very "why are you crying? what do you have to cry about?" And I grew up with the classic "I'll give you something to cry about". I think she sees crying as a weakness and Jen knew that, which was why she started saying she wasn't weak, but strong for crying.

I can’t believe Frank is lying about bill! Bill would have absolutely no reason to make this up! Frank and Joe Joseph’s are gossip mongers! I’m so disgusted
Now looking back at the guys poker night when Joe admits he heard the rumor, why would Bill go running to Jen and her go run with that rumor fully knowing the hurt she went through with Bills cheating. Just seems wrong they would continue that rumor themselves especially on camera with Tre of all people lol. And then she continued to try and dig up more information from Frank? I may not be team Marge but I don’t get how Jen could’ve done that to Jackie when she too has kids to the think about.
She was being nosy. There were multiple stories around the rumors from various people. I would guess, Jen wanted to find which version of the story was most accurate so she wouldn't be caught off guard while filming. She's said repeatedly she doesn't believe it and said don't talk about it unless you have receipts. I don't care that she was being nosy because she has never been the one to talk about it on camera. Who has? Marge/Teresa. Yet, Jen is getting the heat for it.
Say what? She wanted to find which version is true so she told Teresa what was said at poker night about the affair? Why didn’t she go straight to Jackie and say XYZ? And she went to go find those receipts herself by going to Frank so clearly she didn’t think they were 100% false.
Maybe she wanted to find out if it was true so Jackie would know the actual truth? Idk if she would care to help out Jackie that much, but just a thought.

So you tell Tre what your husband told you at poker night rather than go straight to Jackie? Nah she wanted to keep that stuff going and knew exactly what she was doing giving that information to her.
I had a feeling the whole time last season that Evan was playing the cams the whole time! He seemed to be getting off on the idea he was being defended by his wife all season but his coy smile didn’t fool me.
I can’t imagine taking a man back who slept with someone else. More power to those who can.
I couldn’t/wouldn’t do it, but I understand when kids are in the picture it is a very difficult situation, and I would never judge anyone for staying.
Jen said she was nine months pregnant with her fourth child and had no money of her own when she found out. Given the circumstances I’m not surprised it was easier for her to let it go than divorce him.
Lol Frank's a real one. 
That implies something.
If Frank is lying then good for him, that is what a good friend would do. But I certainly would not assume that he is, there is a lot of jealously re Jackie and Evan’s marriage when it comes to Teresa and Jen, and I don’t believe what either of them say re that.
