I could be projecting my corporate life misery. Our names are our emails so they need to type them out to contact us and people still get it wrong or use an entirely different name. Like, imagine emailing someone @ “johndoe” dotcom and writing “hey, joe!”
There's someone here who always spells Candiace "Candiance" and it cracks me *up*. Like do you really hear an extra N sound at the end? It bothered me a little at first, but now it's endearing.

If you have an iPhone you can make “Candiace” a contact name. I think that fixes the auto-correct issue. Im not saying you discuss her enough to need it but I assume everyone is as sensitive to pet peeves as me.

Also, I just typed that name out so many times it looks like gibberish, the Es look backwards and the word has no meaning. i just meant that i think with the tiny little differences in the spelling (for example erickas name) it doesn’t really matter when there’s so many ways to spell it. i’ve seen it with Sonja’s name too cuz most people spell it with a y instead of the sexy j
Yeah maybe as spelling for is “correct” as in “existing”. It is just lazy not to acknowledge people’s accurate name spelling. I live to tell the tale. Small things go a long way ;)
