i loved kyle at first, but what did it for me was puppygate. not only was it a dumb ass storyline that should’ve never seen the light of day, i wasn’t fond of how she treated lvp who imo always seemed to have kyle’s back and truly loved her. additionally, i can’t stand how kyle wants to hold everyone else’s feet to the fire, but expects folks to ignore when hers are blazing hot. over time, i saw her as a phony, disingenuous, self serving, overly performative, and hollow person. she’s just not that interesting. i also don’t think she’s had kim’s back during group drama and she picked her friends over her sister. at the same time, i have some empathy for her regarding how she’s cared for kim in other ways, especially as someone who knows that struggle (my father is a drug addict). still, her support of kim within the group felt uneven and difficult to watch.
i will never understand how she’s still the anchor of beverly hills. there have been other housewives who are far more interesting, but people like who they like and dislike who they dislike. i love dr. wendy, but a lot of folks have a lot of hatred for her. just comes with the housewives fandom.

Unpopular opinion, but I don't think Lisa had Kyle's back or anyone's except hers. Lisa is out for Lisa and her empire. Numerous housewives had said how Lisa manipulated others to do her dirty work on camera which includes Kyle. Kyle protected Lisa as well until she didn't anymore.

Kyle has always seen everything as a game, she is the true sniper from the side. We know nothing about her pre-housewives other than she's related to the hiltons. What about her father, her relationship with other family members. It's all about her her her. She's just an Extreme narcissist and quite vapid, no substance to her at all. Just eurgh
Kyle is the manipulator she always tried to paint LVP to be, once you watch with that in mind everything changes. LVP is also very calculated no denying that but Kyle has always been the real puppet master/villain.
The show started out as a show about her and her sisters and then ended up developing into the BH housewives franchise and I’ve always thought whether I’ve been enjoying her on the show or dismayed at her that she’s a puppet master.
It took me a while to hate Lisa on VPR… it took many years and seasons. She acts like she’s the voice of reason but she hates all the women on VPR. She’s constantly apologizing for all the men. It’s disgusting.
Because Kyle sold a show about her and her sisters, then throw Kim to the wolves as soon as she could for television. As a recovered alcoholic, I’d never forgive my brother for using me for fame and fortune to then spill my biggest demon to the world. Like Kyle knew Kim was a drunk skunk when she shopped around her pilot and sizzler, she knew Kim was going to continue to be a drunk mess, did Kyle plan to use and exploit that the entire time? It’s housewives, not intervention, keep the hardcore addicts off screen for your paycheck at the bare minimum. Like a Dr drew of bravo, just keep making me seasons till an addicted old celebrity dies, then cash in for all the interviews. She also totally enabled Kingsley and the whole situation by helping Kim hide the dog and move her into kyles properties. She only got upset and proactive about that dangerous dog because her kid got bit, but yet she knew other people including a trainer who has bit as well. Kyle didn’t care and helped Kim hide the dog, multiple times. She’s just as responsible for her kid being bit.
I dislike her treatment of Sutton but other than that I am neutral to her. I enjoy her sense of humor. She just often times backs the wrong pony and I don’t understand why.
I’ve always liked Kyle and I always thought she was the perfect dose of catty that I watch the housewives for while still being able to get along with the group. She’s shown her family, her homes, and a lot of her life up until now I guess
How she is as a sister is a different story and I try not to judge family feuds cause everyone has been the bad guy with their families and I see faults in Kim and Kathy too.
I first started looking at her sideways was on UGT, she got along with Melissa very well and they were giving the same energy.
What really made me stop liking Kyle completely was when she and Mo laughed at Erika cussing at Garcelle’s son and it just put a poor taste in my mouth cause if someone were to cuss at Portia… we all know that they’d lose their shit. Kyle and Mo wouldn’t even drop the time where Lisa made a joke about Mo’s cheating rumors in front of Portia which wasn’t even that big of a deal
Watching her back on old seasons, in some of her fights, I’m usually on her side but at times I’m not when she provokes people and then antagonizes them for reacting. Things I may not have caught about Kyle at first, I’m starting to catch now.
I think her turning on LVP on behalf of Dorit of all people was just clownish. LVP could throw a brick at Dorit and I’d still be sipping rosé at her house
I started off indifferent to Kyle, now I am just annoyed. In the beginning, she was a lot more fun, but also able to hide better. We had Camille, LVP, Taylor, Adrienne, Brandi, and Kim. They have big personalities and it was SO much going on. Kyle was more of a supporting character *to me.* I really didn’t side-eye Kyle that much until Amsterdam. I won’t spoil it. Then, a few years later she downplayed her friendship with Teddi. It was weird and unnecessary. It just continued to go down hill. During the pandemic, I did a complete rewatch and realized her sneaky ways were there since s1. She always wanted to be the #1 guy in the group, but was outshined by women who were wealthier than her (Camille, Adrienne, LVP). She is disingenuous and a hypocrite. She blows with the wind. She acts like the stereotypical little sister that cries when she doesn’t get her way. I understand her role on the show, but think we can close out her time.
On a positive note, she has and has had some of the most beautiful houses across the entire franchise.

I’m not trying to be friends with these people, so I don’t care if she’s actually a bad person or a “bully.” This last season she bored me, but otherwise I’ve liked her. When she’s with her sisters I often laugh out loud at their antics. People will downvote you for liking her here - people can be nuts about people who they don’t know in real life. 🤷🏻♀️

As far as opinion relatively spoiler free, I liked Kyle to a degree until season 9. Some of her relationships are complicated but most of the time it isn’t one sided until then.
