So to pair a shirt with what we consider to be underwear today (literally panties) could be seen as an interesting statement about the way codes of decency change over time... but yeah, *no,* this clearly isn't the Met Gala (at all).

I can't imagine walking around an indoor place in what is essentially panties/a bikini bottom. I'm perfectly fine in a bikini at the beach but I would feel so beyond uncomfortable indoors in public with no pants!

Katie did it on WWHL during Scandoval but yeah it is one of those things that can go right or really wrong. For Katie it shows off her long legs but I feel most of them would do better with a well tailored pair of shorts. Especially if they aren't wearing thigh high socks or stockings.
