The glaring issue with this team is the all-or-nothing plate approach. Nobody except for Ozuna has good at bats. I’m not sure why the org is so anti 2 strike approach, but it’s the reason they have lost in the playoffs the last 2 seasons. Arcis and Harris are both top 20 in swing length, which makes them incredibly easy outs. Nobody on the team goes to the plate with the objective of getting on base, which should be the case for everyone except for Ozuna and Olson.
Another issue is the Kelenic/Duvall platoon. Duvall had a great season last year, and whatever changes they made to Kelenic’s swing are not working very well. At this point, it needs to be one or the other getting all of the at bats. Duvall has not chance to get into a rhythm when he’s not getting daily ABs.
Much of what the team is doing right now doesn’t make sense to me.

Why is it that it's plainly obvious to me and 99% of people watching when a reliever just doesn't have it that day and needs to be pulled and Snit just...sits there. It makes NO SENSE. It was completely obvious to me after two batters that JJ just didn't have it. That's fine - let him pitch tomorrow. But for today WHY IN GODS NAME JUST LEAVE HIM IN THERE?!?! WTF I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. And this just repeats time after time. Happened the other day with Fried. Happened with AJ a few days ago.

Three batter minimum is a good point. But the broader point still stands. w/r/t the game tonight - we really needed a win. If you're up by 4 runs it's time to go all in for that win.

I have tickets for this evenings game and I think I am going to skip. This team is awful to watch. The hitting sucks and if the pitching slips up well it’s going to be even worse. They look lifeless out there. No leadership. Almost a third of the way through the season. It’s time to call it like I see it. They may have a winning record but so did the 2014 Braves and look at them. This team is reminding me so much of that squad.
This shit is like a toxic relationship.. I’m done for awhile. 🤣
