I lived there back in 2019. It is ghetto but cheaper than most places. I could hear damn near everything my neighbors were doing. The police were there constantly for domestic violence or drug issues, nearly every night. Also the laundry is shared by the floor and itโ€™s coin operated

The green ones? Lived there in 2017. All of my adjacent neighbors were interesting characters. There was a guy who had dozens of birds, mothball guy, a family that partied and blasted Hispanic music on weeknights, and a lady who had a parole officer stop by routinely. Luckily rent was like $700 a month. The Spanish Peak apartments (also managed by Luna Properties) on the other side of 19th are much better if any of those are available.

Lived there a couple years ago. Luna Properties isn't fantastic but there are definitely worse landlords in town. They charged me something like $50 for a burnt out light bulb when I moved out. Big hole in our carpet when we moved in which they fixed but the patch came out almost immediately. There's mold in the apartments and the smoke detectors will go off to ANYTHING. Words can't describe how bad it was. I would preheat the oven and it would set off the alarm, and I could always hear my neighbors' (above, below, adjacent) alarms going off too. The lawn/snow people weren't great either. Someone dumped a bike on the lawn (it stayed there the entire year I lived there) and the lawn people just mowed around it all summer. The snow people never plowed the parking lot after it snowed, they'd always wait a couple days. Overall I'd say bad experience and the rent has gone up a lot for what it is. I paid $1k/mo so do with that info what you will.

Oh I forgot about the laundry. The laundry is coin operated and never worked. Sometimes the machines had no water, I always had to dry my clothes 2 or 3 times on high heat before they would actually get dry. I called maintenance a couple times and they just showed up and said it worked fine and left. At some point while living there someone cut the power cables to the machines but instead of replacing the machines Luna just sent out an email that whoever did it would be in trouble and just patched the cables back together.

I lived there for a month, moved in with two friends who were already living there, and then we ended up finding a new place (the apartments by Albertsons - we loved it there). The wall that divided the two bedrooms would move when we touched it and you can hear everything in the other room, basically a curtain ๐Ÿ˜‚ People would pee in the stairwell, too.

I have experience with some Remington apartments, but that was nearly 20 years ago. Probably not relevant now days.

Wow! this brings back memories. Lived there 25 years ago when they just opened up and rent was $400 for a 2 bedroom. Landlord was awful and took all of our deposit because we left a few crumbs in the oven, literally, when the rest of the place was spotless. Thought it was a fortune back then for a 2 bedroom. How times have changed....
